    Your videos are extremely helpful. The Laramy K of contact lenses! Much needed right now as I’ll be taking the test soon. Can you go more in depth on compensating for vertex distance please?!

    Can you do examples of intrapalpebral GP fitting and over refraction

      Hi, Rosalia.
      I have a host of new videos coming out. I’ll se what I can do 😊

    What would you consider a reasonable amount of time for someone to spend studying before taking this exam?

    • @nclecontactlenstraining
      @nclecontactlenstraining  3 года назад +2

      Hi, Faith!
      I think that if you have a solid core knowledge of contact lenses, that you should be good to study for about two months leading up to the exam. The greatest help would be to have a review book with questions, answers, and explanations.
      Hope this channel is a helpful supplement to your studies!

    Hey, Sam. Big fan. Great info.
    What kind of info do you have on biceps? You seem to have some info tucked away in your sleeves for later. *rim shot*

    I really like the video but I’m new to this so it’s a little confusing and I wish he had explained it more simplistic for people without expertise in this area

    What type of lens would you choose here? Soft or soft toric?

    Why high water content of soft contact lens have low refractive index...

    • @nclecontactlenstraining
      @nclecontactlenstraining  3 года назад +1

      Hi! Lenses that have a higher water content will more closely mimic the refractive index of water (1.33) while lenses with a lower water content will have indices closer to their particular plastic compound (1.40+)
      Hope that helped!
