Hi I'm wanting to add a phone charge point to my V8f and was wondering if you might know a point on the board or elsewhere I might take the 5v needed

4:55 How do you take that off so easily ??? I'm struggling to disconnect mine, I can even hang my wheel by that connector and it won't come off.
Absolutely the same here
Not sure if you resolved the issue, but when you look at the connectors closely, you see a small hole in there. use a small metal object to push into the hole while pulling the connector out.

Charge to 100% at least once a month. And use it as much as possible. You are fighting against TIME as well as use you see, so its going to degrade even if you use it only little.
