Replacing Fuel Hoses, Filter and Pressure Regulator on my 2001 Harley Fatboy Delphi Fuel Injection

This has been a problem since I got the bike, sputtering and constant speed. Luckily this was an easy fix, even if you're not mechanically inclined.

Why did you replaced?noise pump or not working?

The regulator and hoses are a common fail point on the Delphi. Plus the stuttering I was having can be a symptom of a bad regulator, which was the case for me.
