Be proud of the are. You’ve earned every line, every scar, and every gray.
And see my gray hair as a “patina.”

Lunch in a tractor seat isn't a dining experience, it's just fuel for the operator. I pack the same lunch every day. It fuels me up, with no surprises. When I buy a meal, I definitely change it up, and at home we eat something different as well. PBJ's are fuel, enjoy it as much as you can while still working. Great job raising your kids with a work ethic!

I see your son has a fishing pond , nice view. I grew up on a tractor myself. The only think I would say about your son running tractors is this. If he is going to be on a tractor with no cab for very long it would be best if he had ear plugs in. Kayla you are not that old!!!

kayla farmer don from wis we took are kids with us all the time they help in the barn feeding the cows and helping in the horse barn when the were young and when they were not filling good too, my kids say that is the best time they had. it is a good time to bond with them, just being with you will make there day, so don"t feel bad that you aren"t doing the mom and dad thing, they will not forget that time with you. just keep doing what you are doing farming not a ease job but it is a job we love keep up the good work. Don

    also to you
you also look good with the gray streaks in your hair👍

I’m not sure if it’s that - or partially due to the lack of rain making the field yields lower. I know that the rake is spending things along faster too

Hi kayla, we have used a rotary rake for 14 years in hay, we removed the dividing flap between the rotors and get a far better row, especially in heavy rows, but we are using round balers, and it is a claas rake .

You guys do a great job!! I have been doing hay for over 40 years and every year is different. We only had 60 percent of a crop on first cutting this year in Michigan. I have looked at the MF tractors but I still love my John Deere’s . Keep up the great job.
