Its been 16 years since I played World of Warcraft. Worldsoul Saga put the temptation in front of me, but Pandamonium has sealed the deal. I'm returning to WOW for this.
if u just come back for a month for doing this event and then leave, it will still be a month ful of joy and worth the one monthly subscription fee. so no lose-lose case possible :)
If you want to stick around for new new expansion, even better. Your Remix character will be converted to a very very decently geared Retail character, If they don't fix the item level. We are talking at very high end gear atm

Quest limit needs to be increased or removed. There are so many quest that take time to do and you can only keep so many before you can’t even do the main content without throwing away time invested

'Krowi's Achievement Filter' helps a lot for now. It organizes achievements much better than default game does.
i wish statistics was removed. I have ocd and have deleted characters because of a death or I killed a critter. Having a imperfect statistic pages drives me crazy.
I have to give this to Tali. He’s been one of the most vocally supportive content creators of a curated leveling experience for a long time. Remix makes me happy. I’ve been wondering why they haven’t done a MoP timewalking raid like Firelands and BT. They’ve been cooking this!

When you do an achievement, you actually get the retail version of it AND the remix (feat of strength) version :)
I played a ton of MoP but didn’t grind cloud serpent rep…the dragon riding tutorial area is basically the cloud serpent rep area and you can start them immediately at level 10. They’re practically begging you to do these old cheevos

Irony that Pandaria is where you and Evi got together and have so many good memories, for me and my former spouse it was quite the opposite inflection point in our marriage. I'm looking forward to Remix to get to experience content that I didn't really get to appreciate back in 2012-2014. The new Bronze system as well as ALL the xmogs mounts and toys being straight purchasable in game with IN GAME currency I earn by playing the game is fantastic and exactly what this game needs. Whether this ends up being Chromie Time 2.0 or a rotating event, either way it's dope.
This video is peak evitel. She's at her strongest with the pre writes I think. And I love to hear her talking about lore. Obviously her voice is 10x better than a british dudes. Great job Evitel. And also Talie I guess.

I am genuinely psyched to finally have access to recolors for the Red Flying Cloud disc mount after having loved it for years.
I love this event and cant wait to collect all my new mounts!
I got server first shaman in this expansion which means I sprinted as fast as I could through the story. It seems like a lot of fun to go back and do it properly.
This is by far the one that deserves it the most. Especially at its time... and in this present day.
Banging intro. Also, if you use Narcissus then it includes an enhanced achievement tab with a back button, just have to bind it to open instead of the Blizz default one. The layout and everything is really sympathetic to the original Blizz design, so well worth it.

I played the PTR Pandalandia Remix and lvoed it, I stopped at 18 because I didn't want to ruin much further in. Logged a couple of issues, which doubt will change :p but I had fun and am really looking forward to it releasing :)

I feel very much like you do about not spoiling too much of Pandamonium, but I *am* glad that I know the source of the "Illusion: Sha Corruption" weapon particle effect because (non-gladiator) weapon illusions and hearthstone animations are my collectors' weaknesses in WoW! I get disproportionately excited about them, so that is one reward I will target thanks to information learned from PTR info!
Tali, that's Speed (Rating), it doesn't mean 800% speed increase, and is less effective at higher levels. It's still a lot more than a Speed proc on current level 70 items, but without looking it up, I expect a 150%-300% increase, possibly open-ended via cloak scaling.
No I know we worked it put in stream using an old speed calculator and it came out at about 350%, ie non-dynamic flying mount speed :)
@@TaliesinEvitel ah ok, I was in stream but distracted, only heard you talk about >800% ;) well, if Speed Rating didn't have diminishing returns before, it'll surely get that now. Unless Blizz calculated the Speed that casual as well as dedicated players would achieve, and is fine with that - considering the general theme of Timerunning, that may well be the case.
@@TaliesinEvitel Hm, that seems a bit high... there's supposed to be diminishing returns on the speed stat that make it hard to go very far past 150% bonus speed or so

@@killerbee.13 Not on a single item, but the diminishing returns jump in pretty quick.. you might be able to get faster than you ever previously could, but I doubt it'd be more than 5% faster total
I haven't been this excited to play wow in a long time.
Im stoked. I missed MoP the first time around, and when doing MoP in chromie time it was disjointed and confusing. What i wish for is an MSQ type linear runthrough where i can learn the story and lore of MoP the way it unfolded the first time.

Pandaria was the first full expansion I played in WOW. I had a great experience of it back then - I can't wait to play through it with all this extra fun stuff! Oh and feel ya on that back button for achievements 😂

I like that the Draenei set doesnt just look like full plate? I was worried it would be a slightly modified Maraad outfit. The helm looks a little funny, but thats not the worst
There's a second version as well that has a cloth covering the face, similar to the one WoD mail BoE set, which looks a lot better, especially given that tendrils don't seem to work currently with either version. DO kinda wish it included a back piece of some sort, but otherwise rather like the set!

Dude the Pandaria idea is awesome, I hope they do this for every old expac. I have always wanted to go back and replay them all in full, but I have never been incentivized to do so
The thing that soured me on MoP was the endgame and especially the infinite dailies grind in 5.0. So this is perfect for me, MoP has some of the best zones in the game so really excited to dive into it.

This looks so cool, my wife and I have been on a break from WoW since we finished thhe raid and Season 4 fated didn't really get us hype. We're waiting for the expansion to jump back in. But I think this sort of mode is perfect to fill those holes before the next expansion. A mini-expansion if you will, to go back and play expansions you remember, haven't played, or loved, riding it into thhe next new expansion instead of doing a Fated season. Looking forward to this
This is honestly a really smart way to avoid lack of content until the war within, and to make people want to try out the xpac with their new 70 characters, for people who haven't played retail for a while (or just a good way to add alts for current players).

i found a portal, the gnome transporter to ratchet works. however it does take you to ratchet but then you get a pop up saying its not your time and you get sent back to the starting area

I was the one who said the "There are other races in the game, you know.". Which I do still stand for, truth be told. Night elves take the spotlight way more than most other races. Like, did we even get any Vulpera content ever since they released? Or, god forbid, content for a race that has been in the game since vanilla like the Gnomes? Last Gnome content was BFA, 6 years ago.

I've mained a troll hunter since mid WotLK, and he's been kitted out in the Brittle Flamereaver and zombie walker legs since MoP. How is it that the brand new Darkspear heritage set is inferior to one made up of quest greens that came out in patch 4.1?

Troll Heritage Armor probably takes inspiration from Warcraft III Troll Witch Doctors. They have that same cloth on their face, though it doesn't cover their nose.

All I want to know about Pandamonium is, can one class collect all the mogs, or do we need to do this on multiple alts of different armor types and classes?
Can you buy the ensembles for other classes? I want to play a different class in remix but I want to get the transmog for my retail main.

I’m excited for Pandamonium, as MoP and WoD are the only 2 expacs & stories I have not played when they were live content. This tweak to the leveling, and SoD-ization of a retail story, has me all in on this patch!
As a new player to WoW I've been wanting to go back through all the previous expansions to get the Lore experience and having this Remix for each previous expansion from Shadowlands and before would be perfect, experience the old expansions but with current gen game mechanics at an accelerated leveling pace. Having this essentially replace the chromie time I think would be great, they would of course have to have these remixes available forever (not sure about the implications of that).
Maybe, again akin to Diablo, it'll end up being like a regular seasonal rotation like current timewalking dungeon and raid events. Three month of each expansions, until we circle back to MoP like each two-three years, and we would all wait for it because it remains the best anyway. (And it's very free to play!)
I already thought MoP Remix sounded great but I didn't realize how different from a standard WoW leveling experience it would be. This sounds like the perfect mode for me, do we know when it drops?

While I'm excited about Blizz adding character slots to account for those made in Remix, what will happen if you make an Evoker for the event? As far as I know currently you can only have 1 per server - will that be changed as well?
The troll heritage armor is super Zuljin from WC2 and I love it. IDK , must just be my nostalgia talking, but the head piece is just iconic for me.
I hope we get to experience the Isle of Thunder like it originally was, the server wide progress to unlock the next portion
I love Mists, so I'm excited and will play through as much of it as I can. As a solo player, I'm hoping I don't have to group for dungeons and raids.

This new Pandaria remix looks like Season of Discovery on steroids. I love it.
I could see them doing WoD or a Legion Remix. For what WoD lacked at the time, its questing, dungeons and raids still hold up today

change chromie time to timewalking mode of the entire game and implement follower dungeons to all old dungeons and raids. Have remix be a new leveling option for all the expansions.

If you make an Evoker for remix and you have one in retail, will that character be able to transfer after the event is over or are we still restricted to one Evoker per realm?

Actually introducing infinites as catalyst of remix/rebooting an expansion sounds like a great concept, especially lorewise. I mean at some point dracthyr lvl squish is inevitable, so infinites being somewhat on our side could mean an evoker order hall in legion (totally could see another small floating island around Daladan) old expansion tier sets for classes released after those expansions (Pandaria themed tier sets for Demon Hunters and Evokers this time around maybe?)... And yeah, unreleased content for old expansions definately sounds good.
Put in a solid 2 days testing this, went HARD. Earned about 25k Bronze in those 2 days. Made it to lvl 66. lvling (evening with Raids) slows down a lot at 60. Think they tuned that down a bit too hard. But man am I excited for this. I was burnt out in WoW just before ICC came out, and didn't pick the game back up until MoP. It's the expansion that made me love WoW again. Might need to get one of them fancy leather bound notebooks Tali had in the intro to write down the MoP Remix Meta Achievements!
They need to do this for all of them because this sounds like a better levelling experience and a better storytelling and Lore experience than even cromie time
I'm most excited for the keg back cosmetic. I've been maining brewmaster since MoP release and I've been screaming at Blizzard for the past decade for a keg back.

I have a feeling this is dev’s subtle way of saying: Cata Classic is the last expansion in the classic realms. You’ll get rolling reliving experience of past but closer expansions in this new format.
Man I hope I am allowed to make a second dracthyr for this. Pandamonium looks really cool to play through, can't wait for it.
