How to make sesame milk and its benefits and double boiling method as not to spoil the plant based milk while boiling.
As we are all using the animal milk we are suffering from respiratory problems, hormonal imbalances and autism in kids.
Benefits and important points:
This can be taken by anyone above the age of one and can drink 200 ml of milk for a week.
We will get 10 times more calcium from sesame milk than in animal milk.
In 1 Liter of animal milk, we have 1 gram of calcium but our body absorbs only 200 milli grams.
while in 100 grams of sesame seeds we get 1 gram of calcium and our body absorbs it completely which will give strength to the bones.
By drinking this, we will get sufficient calcium

*By immercing a copper plate (measurement 4" x 12") into mud or steel pot (with full water filled) for 7 hours or full night, we can prepare structured water. We can use this water for drinking and cooking. Copper plate helps in removing plastic nano particles and other impurities from water.*

*We need to clean the copper plate daily with tarmarind or lemon and salt.*
