I roast half teaspoon methi seeds really dark brown as I like it strong.add a cup of water,boil add jaggery as per taste.
You may add milk after pouring out the coffee if you like.I roast seeds fresh everytime.

Wonderful alternative for coffee
I agree 100% abt Millet diet ... I however use Rice n Dal for Lunch and Millet Roti sabzi and Dal for Dinner .... Not even pure millet based diet (But have stopped wheat completely!) and my C Section tummy is half its size already in last 10 days ... isn’t that amazzzzzing !!!!

I have all the things ordered with me ... but I am not able to start cooking them since it’s taste most likely wouldn’t be that good and it needs a lot of planning to make them ... with my kids .. as picky eaters and entire housework on me ... it’s very difficult to make different meals for everyone at home ... so I have also not started the Shree Dhanya Millets yet (inspite of having it all at home..) that’s why I am maintaining just Jowar, bajra and Makka so far ...
You quit one type of grain and started eating another type. Eventually, the result will be the second...poor health!!
