the food is a mixture of French and Spanish kitchen and the creator of Noma is a Yugoslav! :)
His mother is danish and his father is albanian :)
Last time i read his interview with some American newspaper he declared himself as Danish and Macedonian ,i've never read where he declared like Albanian.
Redzepi is not Albanian last name and that his father was/is muslim doesnt make him Albanian so i really dont understand how he can be Albanian.

Ah, very true. I thought your remark was targeted towards the name of the restaurant itself - but you do have a point.
oh, and i do live in Denmark so that gives me a right to critique the danish mentality, which is in fact what i am doing. i am not critiquing Noma.

Well, it's located in Denmark, and since I'm Swedish I can't give you the exact danish spelling, but it's basically the words "nordisk mat", which means Nordic Food. What you're referring to isnt a common abbreviation here...
the friction is in your mind only because u prefer to believe in fairy tales... and everyone who is so disposed will bite the one who tries to wake them up from lala-land.
im not agressive towards Noma have never been. i respect them highly for their courage and effort. and one day i will go there and most certainly enjoy the heck out of that experience.

Check my comment on the wiki page for Rene Redzepi (in talks) and the links i provided over there with his personal interviews with prestige newspapers and news agencies.
Wikipedia is not credible source and everybody should learn that ,even thou they have reference that his father "is" Albanian when u open the reference it says that his father is Macedonian with no but or excuse.

well i wasnt even aware that i was terrorising anyone. i was merely stating that Noma isnt all that danish as most danes would like to make it. u still think that is an evil statement to make considering that Rene is from Yugoslavia, and he uses Spanish and French cooking techniques... thats what he himself says anyways.
why do u think he never mentions Danish this or Danish that...?! because he couldn't care less for Danish. he just lives here, thats all.
