Buckeye Lake Saugeye Trolling - Another Limit!

I returned to Buckeye Lake in search of another limit of saugeye. I did manage to get another limit, but this time I had to switch it up and troll for them. I was running #7 flicker shads about 24 feet back at about 2 mph. I caught some crappie and catfish as well!

Thanks for showing that there's fish in Buckeye Lake besides cats & showing what you caught them onI live just north of there & have spent a few days there boating while pretending to fish. Occasional cats are all I seem to find. Just bought a new Suzuki 9.9, so I expext to spend a lot more time on Central OH waters this year. 😊

That lake has so many catfish it’s ridiculous. Though, it does have a strong population of saugeye! Great choice to buy the Suzuki! I love mine!
