Excellent review, After watching this video,I felt like I'd know what I was getting if I bought one. And that's what a solid review is supposed to offer. Great job, Kyle.
Not sure if it would apply here, but I've "greased" my tent doors and Jeep Wrangler side window zippers with crayons (yep, good old "crayola" - keeps them from sticking). One accidental side benefit I found is they seem to zip a bit more quietly. Might give it a shot? Won't make them worse, that's for sure. Pretty sure a grease pen would work just as well. This was a very informative review. I'm in the market for one for next year (this season is almost over). I'm getting too old to be climbing 15-20' up a tree with a loaded gun. LOL
Got a tide we blind ya can't see good through it but can see i still like mine, but wish I brought the big one because the door in the the 2 -3 man one door is so small it's a chores to even get in the thing. Other than that love this blind
I do not blind hunt alot but in Wisconsin when I do it is either to stay warm or Turkey hunting. If it is windy or cold does it block wind fairly well? Can definitely see advantage in the see through walls while hunting. But on cold windy days will it help at all?
@@JonGunnerOutdoors yeah, I’ve been a stand hunter all my life. This was my first ground blind. It does block the wind really well! Plus, I absolutely hate hunting in a stand when it’s raining, but in this the rain is a non issue!
I find mine easier to pop out the side walls first. Standing on it and trying to pop out up the roof seems impossible to me while the deer laugh. Same breaking down, roof first then sidewalls. I would like to see if anyone has made a carrying bag or if there are some available commercially. The bag is not going to last for sure. I would like to be able to carry maybe some extra layers or a thermos, lunch, etc.
That is sweet looking blind. I have an old Ameristep Bone Collector series hub blind my son-n-law love it. He has been using it for a few years now and it's finally tome to replace it. The zipper in it is loud too. Our concern with the blind you have is how well do you feel the wind coming thru it or don't you feel it? We are looking at the Tidewe dual blind setup. You and your family have a wonderful weekend Kyle. God Bless brother. Oh and yes that is me that just started to follow you on Instagram
Kyle, the visibility is insane and the slide windows are awesome. It's completely unreal how you can see out, but not in. I've heard that these may not be as warm as other blinds since the see-through fabric may not hold the heat. Do you think there's truth to that?
I can't see it retaining heat in any regard really. Although, I would never consider that as a factor when choosing a ground blind. If it's cold out, it's going to be cold in the blind, but this one does a good job of blocking the wind!
I have one of those blinds and love it! Thank you for sharing brother! Good luck with everything!

Great job on the review. I've watched quite a few videos and most everyone seems to really like it.

@@L2fish good tip for sure. Mine came with a carrying bag, but it does seem a little weak.
I like mine! It’s set up in Ohio right now for my buddy for this later season. I want to see how it works in the cold like if it keeps the heat in
@@OfftheHookOutdoors99 I don’t think it’s really designed to hold heat, but it does a good job of blocking the wind!
nice Kyle, maybe put some dry-slide graphite on the zipper, it does help a little!
@@yooperrd651 thanks brother! I appreciate the tip!
