Love you folk! Wife drives a 20' Alfa Rosso Stelvio Lusso, I just wrecked/replaced my 19' Ti with a white Quad and just shipped my daughter's totaled BRZ from Dallas back to CA to hopefully part out.... Apparently there's a commonality among us people who appreciate good driving cars.
This is very cool... I will be ordering the combo this week. wow!!! you guys keep me motivated on tuning my GIULIA . There are so many mods thatmI have planned for my car❤
The first thing I installed on the q4 was the GFB diverter valve. I only did that from reading threw forms before purchasing the car was the OEM diverter valve is thin/brittle plastic that can break or collapse which will cause major failures. But i can say 4 years into having this car with the same GFB i bought it's still kicking like a champ and highly recommend it.

Taking the diverter valve off and blocking it doesn’t throw any codes? I had mine like that for a bit and got a CEL… but I also had the GFB on 😂 Removed both because I didn’t want to go into limp mode again
There’s a hose you can block off, which works just like a bov. GFB throw is codes if there’s an additional spring. Get the set up I recommended and you’ll have 0 issues 🤌🏻
I just got a 23 Veloce. Will the sila bolt right to the stock, nothing else is needed right? The video on madness also installs the go fast parts. So I’m just making sure I don’t need anything else. Thanks.

Would you consider running the E85 tune from Ideal Race? I really want that tune but I’m kind of on the fence about it since there’s not much info out about it.

Congratulations on the purchase! These cars are pretty reliable, you can start with the basics. I have a video about 5 best mods to start with. Definitely recommend an exhaust to start.

Ooo personally these cars are pretty reliable, can’t speak on the QV because I don’t own one. Anything 2020+ is a safer bet. Understand there’s a huge price gap in maintenance on the 2.0 vs QV. If you have the budget definitely pick up the QV, just be prepared for maintenance cost. You do get a lot of car for a very reasonable price.
Hey question I so far have v2 cold air intake and competizone eco exhaust on my giulia, I’m thinking of getting it tuned next but I’m thinking of getting race mode first? For yours did it deactivate traction control hence it can be annoying when it slows down, trying to make a turn and burn out.
0 loss of power, the recirculating air doesn’t add to the performance enhancement. So dumping to atmosphere isn’t an issue, and pretty common on most boosted cars.

@izzyiz810 GFB throws the check engine if you don’t take out an additional spring, it works pretty well I just wasn’t a fan. Turbo smart was a hit or miss, didn’t see it negatively effecting power I think the way the valve snaps back is what causes the issue or the way it’s attempting to dump the air. I’m assuming the recirculating valve works because it’s a fully built unit, takes out modding it annoyance. The bov sila plate is super simple, it’s dumping the extra air to atmosphere. So it’s more expensive but in theory a simpler set up. As others said you can actually just cap off a few pieces instead of using this bov plate but figured $60 mods works as well. Just comes down to preference really.
@@ModdedMotors I bought the bonalume (Bone-a-Lume-A) lol off your word exactly a year ago. I lost a lot of lag that existed from the stock diverter valve. Holds boost much better now. It's the best mod I've done so far. Thanks!
Hey man the best quick mods to wake your car up is a intake and catback exhuast. Just do your research when it comes to intakes to see what you personally would like. I went with eurocompulsons intake and i've replaced the cone a year some change
Trust the combo I just recommend, you’ll be solid. We try and test stuff and help people buy right the first time. Or we give feedback on reviews we’ve read before recommending. Hopefully you can buy safe 🙌🏽

If you want an easier way to turn off traction you can get a Squadra logger. And I haven’t thrown any codes with Squadra

Same install on the Stelvio 🙌🏽 should have a snappier response with an upgraded valve. The SILA plate is really just for sound
