Hi Terri-Ann, Thank you for showing us how to make fried bakes, my grandmother was also from St. Lucia too. When she passed away I always regretted not learning how she made them, but thanks to your channel I finally know now.
My store bought jerk paste is almost gone, but I have all these ingredients on hand here in Zambia and I do NOT feel like paying $14 and waiting 3 weeks for Amazon delivery, so yeah. This is going down ASAP! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe
Hi Terri Ann, your recipes always look amazing! Thank you so much for putting the ingredientes for us to read. Helps me alot, you have no idea how it helps, thank you!
Your marinade is damn good😊 I have a dinner party I'm hosting and I'm using your jerk process. I've tried it twice already and people love it! Thank you for your videos!!
Always pleasing “like suh.” to watch you prepare & cook your food. I always appreciate even though I don’t eat meat. Keep up the good work Sis. & stay safe .
I have tried many jamaican jerk recipes and i must say yours is the best. It was flexible and i could add a bit of my must-have ingredients. Thank you. I even did roast recipe of it on my RUclips. Keep blessings us
my favorite is when it's cooked down for 3-4 hours like rendang bbq, some spiced yams and green apples and the real KO uppercutter: a large piece of simple cornbread
Put them in "like so" lol I just love to hear how other cultures talk and use words Base on what i see, most of the Caribbean is very very similar. Those are the very same things we use in Jamaica 🇯🇲
i didnt even make a batch ... in a rush i just splashed in the ingredients (averaged) into some shrimp and then pan seared ... pretty good. Definitely gonna make a batch. Ty.
I’ve been trying to find a good 👍🏽 simple homemade jerk chicken in the oven video all month and couldn’t find one but then your video was the best! This randomly came up and I am a new subscriber! Liked and subscribed this video was easy simple instructions, you spoke clear and the jerk came out beautifully! Nice video
Hi you are so amazing absolutely freaking amazing when you are cooking I am always overwhelmed watching your cooking videos. When I use your recipes my food come out delicious. I would like to know when you're cooking how to order your pots and pans. Thank you for being absolutely outstanding
Not at all, out of all the brands that make jerk it is simply the most flavorful. If one may feel it’s too salty then i would not to over season your meat or don’t season at all. Add some olive oil, fresh garlic, thyme and green onion and you’ll be straight trust me
This is so gorgeous. I don't understand why you only make one when you can fit in at least four or five in your oven? That is what I plan with jerk chicken. Leftovers. Always do some more. It is so good there are never leftovers though. Kids always want to eat one more as long as there is one more.
Hey terriann!!!! I remember last summer I tried jamaican food in Canada for the first time and let me tell you!!! That jerk chicken &beef patty was EVERYTHING!!
I've never had a Jamaican beef patty before but I'm going to try and make it myself because it looks so bomb 😍. We hardly have any Jamaican spots in my country unfortunately
Hello! Was going to make ur green seasoning then i saw this video! Not sure which one to make first...can u mix the two together as a single marinade or would that be too much?🙃 which one do you like best or you recommend i try first?
The green seasoning is for general seasoning of meats and fish etc whilst this seasoning is more of a jerk flavour and can be overpowering in sauces etc . I’d suggest starting with the green seasoning as your main seasoning instead of this one!

What arw those big green leaves
So you can use lemon or lime and what are the green leafy things?

Is masters browning sauce ok?
That chicken looks delicious and made in the oven, which is great jerk chicken.
I'm going to make the jerk just like how you made it and I'm going to make a Cheesesteak a jerk chicken cheesesteak
Im confused about the big 🍃 leaf.. What are those?i dont see them listed in recipe..
This Jamaican jerk sauce is very similar to what we make in my country in West Africa Senegal we call it nokoss
Makes sense since most Afri-Centric individuals around the world has some ancestral connection to West Africa.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ it thank you hun
What’s a good substitute for the scotch bonnet pepper? I can’t get them where I live.
Chilli peppers or any spicy pepper
If I use all spice powder what are the things I can eliminate from the ingredients and how much should I use?
