I visited Ghana for a week last year and got to experience wonderful food like jollof rice and fufu. Im really happy to see various African cuisines be given more worldwide exposure and love.
I am of an Indian descent in the west. Fell in love with Jellof rice when I tasted it for the 1st time at a Nigerian household for Christmas. Have enjoyed it since. Got this made at my wedding celebrations and making it now as a Sunday evening special ❤

Nigerians do use butter(margarine actually). That's very important when you make party rice. I make without butter for regular cooking, but add for large gatherings
