Money is not meant to control people rather it is meant to be put to work producing more money for you. You cannot build wealth without putting money in its rightful place.
People don't understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments don't match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
Jeff demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommend Mr Jeff Clark. I met him at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
I’m the exact opposite. I hate hot and humid weather. I moved from South Florida to Central PA 17 years ago. I love the seasons. The factory I work at is like a greenhouse all summer and we have to wear pants. I know I have far less to complain about than people working outside or roofers. I do love the state parks with spring fed COLD water on a 90 degree day. The only thing I absolutely love about summer is being in the water. That’s it. Other than that, Fall is my absolute favorite season. My perfect day would be 50 and sunny during the day and 30 at night.
In the northeast the insulation in the attic is on the floor of the attic, not in the rafters. That will insulate the attic. There are vents in the overhangs of the roof that lead to the attic, then through a vent in the attic to the outside, for air flow. If the insulation is directly in the attic rafters, sloped section, hopefully there is a channel vent between roof and insulation to be the air flow.
Exactly, what you want covered with insulation is the ceiling joists not the rafters.
I save on energy bills in several ways... in winter the thermostat stays between 60 and 68-- always wear layers and a warm head covering... in summer, I just adjust and keep it between 71 and 78... keep fans in each room.... I live in piedmont area of VA... another trick is flip off the breakers to the dryer and oven when not in use... Thanks for your show!
Also a timer on the water heater, big money saver
Live in SW Virginia and only turn on A/C for company, keep heat at 60 in winter. Have on demand hot water, energy efficient lighting and appliances. My elect bill runs about 50to 60 dollars a month, 30 in summer
Clark survived 122 degrees in Death Valley?? He was there to find more of those "Hot Tips" he gives to us!! It's a tough job but someone has to do it!!
I love the basic Visible plan. For MY needs, being a household of one, it is all I need for streaming and surfing the web.
In my experience, real estate agents don't provide negative information that may discourage you from buying the property.
My favorite response from an agent to literally any question is, 'that's a good question I'll have to look it up...' and they never do. Useless as a plastic plant.
They only care about their fat commission ripoff of someone else's equity....The courts are changing all of that....thank goodness.
I’m enjoying retirement now, but I always mentioned both positive and negative features of a property. I loved working with first time homebuyers and made sure they knew what to look for and I pointed those out to them. There are good agents out there. Don’t settle for less.
No kidding!
I've been zoned heating and cooling for years and saved 1000s of dollars over the years.
During the winter, my pellet stove heats the living room and the kitchen.
The other 1/2 of the house gets a dehumidifier to remove moisture.
During the summer, I only have window AC in the bedroom for a good night's sleep. I stay out of the house during the day.
Thank You Clark -
Have been watching you for a longtime and appreciate what you do
I made a removable reflective sun shield out of material used to insulate ducts. I got the idea from car windshield sunshades. It also helps retaining heat in the winter as well.
I love your channel Clark. Its very informative and I share it with everyone ❤
Thank you.. great video
I added as much solar panels as IID would allow and a battery. Have 3 power awnings and supplement with patio umbrellas. The shade helps a lot! Can get to 130F here (Palm Desert) in the summer! 😅
Great info 😊
I have Visible for many years since it was one plan. When they changed to the 2 plans, my wife and I were offered a discounted rate for either plan. We only pay $35 for the plus plan. It would not make too much sense to changed to annual plan. I would only save $25 a year. You forgot to mention that you get 1 free Global Entry pass per month to use.
I have a small home which helps, I also had new windows installed taking out the old original ones when I moved in
For heating and air I have 3 mini-splits. One in the living/ kitchen area, one in the main bedroom and one in the spare bedroom. In the winter I have the spare bedroom and living room units running at night (want to make sure pipes don’t burst. I like the bedroom cold.
In summer I rarely have the AC in the living room and spare room on, but run the AC in my bedroom at night.
It helps too that I live in the mountains and mornings and evenings are cooler. I love my mini-splits and will replace them when they need to be replaced. I also have a gas fireplace to take chill off the house in the winter.
Closing off dampers may not be a good idea on existing systems that are not designed to do so . The problem is the airflow is balanced for the amount of registers . If you close them it puts pressure on the motor that pushes the air . Closing one maybe 2 ok but it's something to be aware of
Modern central air systems can be smarter they may have variable speed motors and electrically controlled dampers . So basically smart systems . You would have temperature monitoring devices in every room to control temperature .
I live in the high desert so I can use a evaporator cooler for most of the day . I turn on my central air later in the day to get my bedroom cooled down for bed . I just use ceiling fans to sleep by . Electric bill in socal is well under a $100 a month . Even in the summer with my strategy .
Great strategy and thanks for the logistical info! 🙌
In most of the Southwest, "humidity buildup" is not a big concern. But, Clark's right not to "close off" certain rooms... just reduce the flow there, I think.
We also live in the California Mojave Desert. Thanks to our evaporative cooler, summer electric bills are the lowest of the year.
@Clark Howard! June Babies Rock!!!
Clark, did you see that your beloved VG now charges a $100 dollar fee to transfer any account or close one! This is outrageous!
no way

As I'm listening to this podcast, I went online to Visible to switch over to the yearly plan. Since I'm an existing member, they required me to sign up to be notified when it becomes available to current members.
are you on the cheaper or more expensive plan? How long have you been with them and have you had any problems? We are still with Verizon but thinking of switching. thanks
I went to the website, they don’t have a phone number to call, only chat line. I need to unlock my phone, and watch but I’m not sure that will take both of my Apple products are paid off through ATT. I kept going in circles when I was looking into Visible, no luck. Does anyone have a customer service number to contact visible?
Thanks Clark & Team!!
Same fake name posting same garbage . paid by clark coward to post. Oy vey
New Vanguard fee of $100 to move funds to another broker!!!!! • Account closure and transfer fee: A $100 processing fee may be charged for account closure or transfer of account assets to another firm.** Just received the email.
As a Central Florida resident for 25 years I'm amazed at not only the number of homeowners that get their roofs replaced which appear to still have life in them but replace them with pitch BLACK shingles. A white or lighter color roof can be 100 degrees cooler than a black one. 100 DEGREES!!! There is a energy tax rebate of $500 for EPA certified cool roof materials.
I have a black roof so I don’t look like a racist🤪
The insurance company has been forcing people to replace their roof or get canceled..
@@lutherl4473i got hit by that. Took off a good roof to keep my insurance. 14k!
@@lutherl4473ridiculous
We replaced our roof with a fortified galvanized metal roof. It helps reflect heat.
We bought 3 of the new inverter window AC’s. Very power efficient and can be run on solar.
Share please, haven't heard of.
In Atlanta like you Clark. Hate the hot summer but all other seasons so great here. Thanks for suggestions.
14:25 is where Clark starts talking about Visible’s new plan.
Thank you! That’s the only thing I clicked on was to hear this!
We had a whole house fan put in over a year ago; best investment we've made towards lower utility bills
Yes! We want to hear more clarkies! I still laugh when I think about the guy who called in who did the Roth-cult spoof!
I keep My condenser unit coils clean & free of debris & furnace filter changed every (3) months & I have a smart thermostat/ it’s a Nest brand . & had new windows put in. I’d rather take care of My unit vs replacing it
Hey Clark! I've had Visible cell service for about 5 years. I absolutely love it! I doubt seriously anyone would convince me to change.
Thank you Team Clark.
Same fake name 1 of Clark coward worker$
Set the thermostat and forget about it.
The only zoning I like to do is.... Out!😊
🎉
I saw a post on LinkedIn by the CEO of T-Mobile that Mint Mobile and Ultra are being folded into T-Mobile
Geico has a strong extended warranty. I purchased one in 1992 for $300 from Geico. The alternator went up and cost $300. Geico covered it with no problem. On a You tube channel, a service advisor said that Geico has excellent customer service.
I hope more people listen to clark(& Christa!) & leave the vicious cell phone visigoths. I left for Mint Mobile years ago & have never been happier!
I'd be careful about the advice to insulate the underside of your roof because if you do you may void the warranty on your roof (i.e. shingles). I don't mean attic insulation in general -- that's the best bang for buck you can get in trying to make your house energy efficient. I'm talking about insulation that fills the space between your rafters as Clark seems to suggest. I'd do some homework before I'd do that.
So you think you're a big saver. Hold my beer Clark. I haven't turned on my heater for 3 years. When it gets cold I slip on my poncho which I made out of an electric blanket and plug into a 50 foot extension cord allowing me to stay warm in any room.
#BonusTerms 1. Multi-generational "Clarkies." Yes, it's a thing. I bet there's some "3G" Clarkies out there! :) 2. "Super-Cooling" - Money-saving AC tactic. Cool your house way down during off-peak hours, then run the AC none (or little) during "peak" rate hours.
Fire that "advisor" today. And there is also no such thing as "direct indexing."
Start selling condos before they crash
There’s a waiting list to move where I live.
Please explain to me why I love you so much, Granny.
My Gov. says to shut off your AC and not charge your electric car between 4pm to 9pm. If you want to save money.
Someone said clark should change his name to Chicken Little. Because that what he sounds like.😅
Mint Mobile has a cheaper phone plan. $180yr
And crappy services l
Zoning a cental air ducted system is NEVER a good idea. Clark please do more research before giving advice, people listen to you, and you're hurting them.
