Oh yeah, I drive about 540 miles a week back and forth to work so I can have an old run down farm house sitting on a very pretty 18 acres with a beautiful creek at the back of the property

Clark, please remind your viewers of the dangers of hotspots when travelling. It's so easy for someone to mimic a restaurant or mobile carrier's hotspot name where someone thinks it's a safe when it really isn't. Always watching and thanks for all you and your team's passion and some love to Christa for a great job as well!

💯 Good point about spoofed public Wi-Fi. We're always saying do not connect to public Wi-Fi. Use your phone's hotspot instead. If you do connect to public Wi-Fi, do not log in to any banking sites or password-protected sites. 💚

Long commutes are nothing new, but yes, they are more common for the reason you mentioned. They also peaked around 2010 during the economic collapse when people were desperate for any job and most houses were unsalable.

I am glad I watched this. I have been listening to the Flame thrower of the south for multiple decades and I am terrible with financial stuff even after listening to Clark when he was on air everyday. I keep hearing commercials for invest here or there, I will just stick to my 401k, but I would like to know who to trust to look over how I am investing. At 52 I am running out of time to build some wealth.
PS: your sidekick there Clark……she’s a cutie!!

I’m a new Clarkie . Clark , your podcast is my favorite on You Tube . You & Christa give great advice and are very personable. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on annuities. So many of us will soon be living off retirement savings and have no idea where to put these funds. Also I have heard that supplemental health insurance is more favorable over Advantage Plans . The plan may cost more but you have peace of mind knowing anywhere that takes Medicare will take the Supplemental Health Insurance ( this is not the case with Advantage Plans ) . If you become very ill the last thing you want to worry about is your medical care and where you can receive treatments. Plus as you mentioned if you want to switch plans in almost all states you have to go through underwriting. Some very good well known hospitals will not take advantage plans . I’m not sure but I don’t think there is coverage when traveling with an Advantage Plan . Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I wish I had listened to your podcast years ago however it’s better late than never as the saying goes .

I just went to a movie theater that I was invited to that turned out to be an annuity type of thing put on by what was called Retirement Renegade. About how people are retiring with an annuity and doing so well. And here I am a few days later watching your reviews on it. Now I find myself wondering if I should put my money in fidelity or something that Clark would consider the best alternative.

Never ever talk to a salesperson. Stay far far away from any annuity.

When it comes to annuities, Clark stinks.
I am retired, have had annuities for years and really like them. I particularly like my single premium income annuity giving me a check every month right now.
You're negative bias is so strong that you simply are not being honest with your comments regarding various products. I'm not sure if they are exaggerations, lies we're just trying to mislead.
BTW, I'm not in the industry.
