I left USAA after 37 years to horrible customer service.
me too
The USAA issue is real. They used to have the very best rates, and that’s no longer the case. And customer service has tanked, especially the insurance dept, when dealing with a claim.
USAA has lost its way. They spend millions, maybe billions, in advertising yet their rates keep going up and their interest rates on checking and savings accounts are abysmal. I’m shifting all my money to Navy Federal Credit Union which gets a much higher customer satisfaction rating and pays much higher rates on accounts. Time for a major shakeup from the top down.
Left USAA after more than 40 years. They couldn’t deal with a simple revocable trust. Moved everything to my Credit Union 8 years ago. I’ve written multiple letters of complaint to USAA president. They are just another mega big bank. Interest rates are horrible to boot.
USAA doubled my premiums with no claims
USAA annually increases homeowners insurance based on assumed increases in personal belongings that are absurd. I had to call them every year to lower my coverage and increase my deductible, and then have an escrow review done with Wells Fargo to keep my mortgage payments about the same as the year prior.
Clark hit the nail on the head that capitalism only works when interests are aligned. When they're not, it's all a cash grab that disaffects the customer. That's where USAA is now and why after they screw you, they say, "Thank you for being a member for X number of years" to make you feel that making a wise decision to bank elsewhere means you're destroying some deep relationship with the bank. Oh, please.
They raised my rates $1500/year because of a speeding ticket I got in a speed trap. I've been with them for 5 years and have never had an accident or claim. I'm paying as much a month as my teenage son who has had an accident!
SAME HERE
I have had MULTIPLE issues with USAA, and have move 95% of my funds away from them, and am currently researching options to move all my insurance from USAA. USAA is NOT the same company it once was. I DO NOT recommend this company!!
Vanguard is getting to be like that, too, now that Mr. Bogle passed away. It seems like all businesses of any kind have become disrespectful of their customers, just using them for quick turn on investment. They all have also treated their employees horribly for years. We are scraping the bottom of the barrel; soon the barrel will be completely empty and that will be a crisis point.
I use PenFed and found them OK to deal with. They seem to be emphasizing increasing size over customer relations. Amica I found to still be the best with customer service.
My last time banking with a big bank, they suddenly doubled the price of a safety deposit box. So I go in to talk with them. "All of our competitors are doing it." "Really, how about the bank across the street (a smaller regional bank)" "we don't consider them a competitor". Smug, arrogant, I emptied my box, closed my account and left.
And those boxes are totally pointless in the first place.
Went to a USAA-approved shop for accident repairs. The shop collected $3K for installing a new exhaust system. I checked under the care. Not installed and when I demanded the receipts, the shop admitted they never even ordered the part. USAA's response when I asked to take the car elsewhere - "We have to give them a chance to correct the error." An amazing response to outright fraud.
It is a chilling sign that USAA is now hiring former Wells Fargo executives: "The company also hired Mani Sulur, previously executive vice president and control executive for the consumer lending businesses at Wells Fargo, to be chief risk officer for USAA Federal Savings Bank. Both executives are based in USAA's new Charlotte, North Carolina, office."
💯 Chilling sign
WOW!!!!
USAA made my family's life pure hell after the passing of our loved one. We had to jump through multiple loops in the process of closing accounts of our loved one. USAA made the process painful compared to other banking institutions. It seemed as though the right hand had no clue as to what the left hand was doing. Our entire family has served in the military, but you couldn't pay us to do business with USAA again 😡🤬😡🤬.....
After taking most of a substantial amount of business away from USAA, I got a call from a "President's Representative." She had absolutely no interest in my issues or what I had to say. A joke. Total bunker mentality.
But sadly, the worst part about USAA is the way that they prey on lower ranking service members. Shame on them.
We have been with USAA for over 40 years. I have never had a bad experience until recently. We were proud to say we are members, but if our recent experience is a sign of where they are headed...count me out. It used to be the very best of the best. It's looking more and more like those days are over.

Clark your video is already helping me. Today I received a call from the office of the CEO/USAA. They are working to fix my many problems 😊. I am also reaching out to the members of the board, certainly they do not know how I have been mistreated.
Amazing!👏👏👏 Happy to help!
They need to treat their employees better before they can address treating customers better. One of the worst companies I've worked at.
My wife and I have been USAA members since the 1980s. Over the last several months we have been gradually moving all our banking business to Fidelity, and we are almost done. We recently moved all of our Vanguard business there as well. We sure could use some advice for where to move our insurance, but the initial comparison from other insurers was no better than USAA.
What kind of insurance?

Remember, rates may be about the same, but customer service may give another company an edge. Hope this helps! 💚
Member since 1963. Have watched with sadness a steady, then rapid decline in service and corporate attitude particularly the last 15 years. Claims and policy service is slow, unreliable and frustrating. The phone wait time, the annoying music feed, are unacceptable. The online site is a steam engine and usually fails to”unable to complete, contact rep”. And no-one answers phone. Moved money out years ago. Looking for insurance alternative. Very disappointed, formally was best around.
We have not had any problems with USAA Bank. I can see why others might have. USAA's efforts to grow into a major bank have outpaced their ability to maintain the high level of customer support they had when servicing a smaller customer base. The current senior leadership is not as dedicated to the military clientele as previous leaders with actual military experience.
By far the best assessment of the predicament I have read so far here.
USAA is attempting to compete with bigger banks which makes no sense. What USAA has always been good at is service. In the last 4 years things have changed in the interest of achieving this big bank status. It's a tragedy. I too have been a member for 45 years and watching it's decline is heartbreaking
Recently I was shopping around for car insurance. I got quotes from Geico, Progressive, and USAA. USAA was more than 60% more expensive than the other two. I was careful to make sure the coverage from each company was the same. I can understand a small price difference, but 60%?
I have had good customer from USAA and they have helped me whem my debit card had fraudulent charges. Its thier auto insurance premiums keep going up. No accidents, tickets or claims. I'm looking at Amica
Fact. 2023 USAA raised insurance rates twice (each 6mo term) 17+% each time. In 2022 they took a 1.3B loss. In 2023, CEO/President Wayne Peacock's salary went from 4.8M to 8.1M.
When trying to get information about the increase, employees would state "insurance rates are higher in Florida". But yet, rates in 2024 only went up about 4% and everyone, not just Florida, went up about 17% each term. It took some digging to discover the truth about the losses and employees will deny that the losses was the reason for increase.
Still trying to figure out how a CEO warrants such a large compensation increase after such a considerable loss.
23:10 I've been a USAA member since '73 and left the Navy as LCDR. I was considering a checking account with them since I have had ALL our insurance with them for over 50 years. After viewing your vids, I deferred that decision. I have, in recent years, noticed a trend with USAA's customer service towards more automation and difficulty in speaking with a human being. CEO, Wayne Peacock's 2023 salary was over $8 million, a 60% increase over 2022. That, likely, suggests the current priorities of USAA. I don't know if he even SERVED in the military (I see no Service or Rank on his Biography). In addition, the 24:43 USAA bank was fined $15 million and has recently hired Wells Fargo Execs...as you may recall, WF created thousands of customer accounts without the knowledge of the customers just so they could charge fees. In the mid '70s my car was stolen and recovered 29 days later in 4 feet of salt water. I was unhappy with the repairs that USAA authorized so I called the office of the CEO ( a retired Admiral); he, personally, called me back. That's not likely to happen these days.
I think you are correct that Peacock is not a veteran.
Sadly, this is a reflection of EVERY COMPANY nowadays
I use a small independent local bank. I don't need much customer service but when I do it is efficient and personable. The bank president's office is off to the side of the lobby and customers are welcome to visit.
Had an issue back in 2020, someone used my account and took $5k i only got half of it back and they accused me of writing a check in Arizona when i never lived in Arizona or went there. I was found to be not at fault but they couldn’t “find” the other 2.5k. And a year after usaa got sued by the federal govt for not reporting fraud which is super sketchy. I have been switching to NFCU, if NFCU got auto insurance they’d wipe USAA 🤷♂️
Also, safelite through usaa just tried to charge me for $300 for a windshield on a honda accord, i canceled it and took it to a dude who did my windshield for $200. Insurance and banking right now is a mess
Loved USAA for years. BUT they raised their rates outrageously, I felt. I changed to another company and my bill went down $70 per month (auto, home). Dropping USAA was HELL as they would not just cancel it as I asked repeatedly. They were great when I was involved in a four car accident, not my fault, and the driver at fault was underinsured. USAA had to take over and pay $3-4000. They told me the rate would not go up because of the accident but it did.
100% on target. Been a member since 1967 and they just don’t seem to put any value on members any longer. Insurance claims just seem to go on and on without resolution just told to wait for the system to clear
NFCU member since 70's. USAA opened IRA retirement to invest in Stocks and Bonds. After a year or two, USAA decides to get out of that service, sending accounts to Schwab. USAA more hype living off past.
USAA was nice but I left them because their mortgage process was right out of the Army. Security procedures were exhausting accessing my accounts.... Paying my accounts etc. Very inflexible buying a house. I was with them for years but just tired of them.
USAA is the absolute worst bank on the planet. I only keep my account open because they have the best auto insurance. They blocked my credit card from being used at my number one merchant because I was getting to much cash back. They pay me 1.5% cash back but don’t want me to use it at my favorite merchant because I spend to much money there. They are absolutely horrible! They even put a hold on my cash deposits..HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I was a happy USAA member until 2001 when we had a big issue with our house... The claims experience with their adjusters was so horrible and we ended up having to get a lawyer.. We eventually settled after divorce mostly caused by stress on my wife from dealing with the claim..
Glad you’re back!👍🏾
I left usaa 5 years ago. Worst customer service. They drug me for a year when my home had tremendous water damage.
both at my American Legion post and VFW post I've voiced and heard negative comments regarding customer service at USAA, the general consensus is that it's not the top notch company that it used to be. IMO it has aggressively expanded its customer base, I'm not even sure you have to be a GI to get in at USAA now.
Member for 28 years and Bank employee with them for 3 years. The bank was an absolute clusterfook. They are an insurance company with a banking hobby. They are still using the same antiquated system they’ve had for 30 years. They had great benefits but base pay was absolute garbage. Anyone with any banking acuity leaves to go to a real bank. They had managers and directors in mortgage they moved over from insurance. Sad to see what has happened to a once great company to do business with.
My husband's originally join USAA before we were married and I joined as a spouse and for many years I was absolutely happy and proud to be a number. I don't know what's happened but when I call the couple of times to and get information lowering my insurance costs, I got a couple people on the phone who seemed absolutely clueless. It was a little bit aggravating because I needed some guidance, and especially one person I spoke to obviously didn't know anything that she was talking about 😢
Their employee training is awful.
Thanks for sharing, love your advice.
I looked into switching from USAA but the insurance companies I submitted my info too turned us down because of the wildfire risk. I have never had any claims and bundle everything together with a large deductible. I will have to take my chances with USAA.
State Farm has been raising my car insurance rates and I thought about USAA. Not anymore. Thanks
Try progressive, we left state farm after 50 plus years of state farm auto
Thank you Team Clark.
GREED, plain and simple. They’ve expanded their customer base so large that the risks they encounter now are so much higher than when they started with just officers, then senior non-comms and then all active duty and retirees in those categories which really impacts their insurance claims. They’ve gotten too big for their britches.
USAA has gone down substantially since Wayne Peacock took over.
#BonusTerm - " #WelcomeBack " Welcome back, Clark and Team! A great show, #helpingthousands of folks! P.S., best coast time so can't leave comments as early as east coasters.
💚 #bonusterm
I've been with USAA for 30 years, currently shopping other companies and USAA is 30% higher than the three quotes I've reviewed.
I love USAA but my recent experience is causing me to doubt their commitment to us. I have been waiting 2.5 months on them to adjudicate my claim. Now I been told I have to PCS and the claim is still not complete. The 2nd adjuster just canceled his appointment and now have to wait until next week, and my HHG is due for pickup.
They are horrible when an accident involves 2 USAA insured. Back in 2018 Someone changed lanes and hit my car. We pulled over and he said “I didn’t see you”. I took photos we exchanged information and I called USAA. He also had called and lied about who was at fault and the location of the accident. I had meta data from the photos that proved the location. They said that each of us would cover our own deductible because we had different stories. He had no damage I had $1800. F250 vs Mazda Miata. I sent them the proof of location and they said they would not side with either one. He lied about the location and I had photos proving he lied. To me that proves he wasn’t being honest about the accident. So he got off Scott free and I had to pay a $500 deductible.
Oh no! You didn't get a police report?
I think the lesson learned here is to install a dashcam. I had the EXACT same thing happen to me last December but everything was on my dashcam and I was very happy to learn the other party lied to their insurance company. #1 Rule of Dashcam - Never tell the other party that you have a dashcam!
@@donaldlee6760 Great tip, Clarkie! 🙌
I can say they have been good to me. Had a car accident 2 months ago and their claims department was wonderful through the whole process.
I use 2 step verification and also secure messaging through the financial institutions app to ask or answer questions.
Yes, indeed, be careful with financial advisors. I'm acquainted with a well-to-do "financial advisor" who once pitched me whole life insurance. I showed him, with specific examples and figures, that it was better for me to buy term life and invest the savings. He left confused and came back with his boss. After again showing them my numbers, the boss gave up and walked out. Now decades later, my acquaintance is the "boss" and teaches new college grads how to pitch this garbage to friends' parents and parents' friends. He lives in a big house, drives luxury cars and takes fancy vacations - all because his clients are paying too much for the death benefit on their life insurance and accepting below market returns on their investments. It's just sad.
Poor customer service is due to the newer generation. They have no clue how to behave. They're rude, inconsiderate, have no pride in their conduct and performance in the working field. They're arrogant and honestly just don't care. I cannot believe how employees talk back and disrespect their customers.
I completely agree, and it is definitely not limited to just this company. I think it speaks directly to a deterioration of our culture and society.
I worked there almost 20 years. They have gone really downhill from when I started there. A problem is their CEO is the first non-military CEO ever. They have issues with compliance especially in banking. I still have accounts there but have been opening another account with a credit union. When I answered the phones I would hear several customers complain to me especially about the claims even though I didn't work in claims. I had a auto claim a couple of years ago that was taken care of well. I think it was probably due to both of us having USAA and they couldn't argue about paying it. They used to treat their employees better and have reduced retirement benefits and adding more benefits to.attract younger people. They also used to be very conservative and now have gone to more a woke organization.
uSMART's recent balance interest activity seems to have an annual interest return of more than 4.5%, which is still available at any time. What do you think of it? I am a little tempted
Simple answer is they are now to big, with to many arms reaching in different directions. It happens. Condo & car insurance. Looking for a local company that can quote me. Close or lower, I’m gone.
Clark, please give a specific example of the real interest rate difference re. broker CD rates v. a normal bank rate or credit union rate. May not be worth the trouble for pennies ??????
I find their customer service, the services offered are the best 👌
Thanks to my Dad's USAF service our family has USAA privileges since 1962. I knew when Gronk started spokes modeling for USAA and they started trying to rapidly build member base priorities were drifting. Sad VERY sad.
Gronk did it for me too. As intelligent as their customer service.
You beat me to it, but specifically growth vs service is the issue. When I joined USAA I had to have either 2 or 3 three years of military service completed first and I learned about it from other airmen. There were no multi-million dollar USAA NFL ads back then. That way, they knew you're a reliable entity who they can devote the money saved on publicity and overhead to. This was the antidote to dealing with mega-banks.
Then one year USAA allowed civilians to run for board members (and then voting for board members disappeared soon after the civilians came onboard).
Then anyone who ever served could join USAA. What does that mean? Anyone who was drafted and served a questionable 12 months can join? The people who were told you can go to jail or go to Vietnam can join? The people who were separated early in technical training for noncompliance to standards can join?
Also, lowering the ATM fee rebates from $15 to $10/month around the time NFL player Ron Gronkowski started doing ads on TV for I'm sure a huge sum was a gut punch to see. Here's the BetPlay, chronic gambling addiction promoter, posing as the ambassador to military members for banking wisdom.
I'm living overseas right now, not with the military as I'm retired and my three ATM withdrawals per month easily break the $10 rebate maximum and generate about $18/month in foreign transacion fees. The nightmare of tracking a replacement debit card's shipping status on the USAA app was gut wrenching, and I sure was glad I already withdrew cash because as soon as I mentioned an unrecognized charge my card was canceled.
Speaking of this, read your debit card's terms and conditions closely. Your card can be canceled at any time, for any reason with no notice, so you'd better have two banks, two debit cards and a gangster wad of cash (go right up to the $9,999.99 non declaration limit) as you may very well need it. Whatever diversified approach you have to banking is better than relying solely on USAA or any other so-called "Super Bank." Today, those are just legends, not realities.
@SteelbeastsCavalry I bet Tom Brady wanted too much money 💰 or just turned USAA down because he doesn't need the publicity assist, so USAA went to Brady's pet teammate Ron Gronkowski instead. He even took him to Tampa Bay with him, how cute.
I have a CD with Marcus by Goldman Sachs. They allow you to indicate what you want to do with your money at maturity. So it is already set. I also have a CD with wait.....Wells Fargo. I watch them like a hawk! I don't trust any of them. You are awesome! Thank you.
Say it ain't so...Wells Fargo? 🤦♂ LOL! Keep your hawk eyes on them.
Great tip about pre-setting your next move after CD maturity! 🙌💚
Really no point in any bank specific CD.
Closing many accounts with usaa but there annuities are still highly rated
USA doubled my premium after no claims then hung up on me when I asked why just fyi
Clark can you return lemon used car to dealership if it was sold with bent wheel after being lied to that's why brakes squealed when putting on brakes and getting runaround from managers . It's been a month since car was delivered to me. Please HELP advise me what I can do
Thank you for your assistance
My experience had been outstanding to date. I had my account hacked a few years ago and usaa reimbursed me immediately and took care of it. Members should check all their accounts daily
Wow, you just proved to me that it's not just me feeling USAA is getting worse, W8TH EVERYTHING! Was never like this for me years ago but they've been going down hill, and FAST!!!!
Wake up usaa!
USAA has failed to address the numerous complaints and assured its customers that everything is under control. We do not know if, in fact, these complaints are true. The lack of answers can mean reality.
this week you reported the drm on next gen tv is free of encryption. Atsc 1.0 was weaker signals ever since they started encryption. This week that changed ever since the zapper box could decode. Now my telaves antenna is getting 65 to 90 channels the way it was supposed to. Thought you should know this is the Orlando area.
Thanks for letting us know! 💚
I've never seen the value of this company. I'm a veteran but they have historically been among the most expensive options for insurance, so I never seriously considered them. They have no official affiliation with either the US Government or the Military so it almost offends me how they pretend to.
Fidelity has FOUR different target date series, plus other similar series. There is only ONE legit series of course. The target date INDEX funds.
They are so awful, there a facebook page with numerous members complaining every second.
What happened to USAA they had the very best customer service ???
If you only knew the inside story!
AFTER 42 YEARS USAA DROPPED ME ! WTF ??
In one segment, Clark recommends using a “fiduciary” and in the very next segment, illustrates how the word doesn’t guarantee that a financial advisor will act in your best interest. The advisor touting these fee-rich products most likely IS a fiduciary on paper, having fulfilled all the requirements to call themself that, but what’s the recourse for the client who discovers it’s untrue? How do they report the advisor and what’s the process for having a fiduciary designation revoked?
I believe every state has a regulatory agency and where you can make complaints.
The key is doing the research and reading the fine print. There are several websites you can use to check their credentials, customer complaints and compensation model. Also ask for Form CSR. It will contain any disclosures about compensation. Lastly, anybody can put "fiduciary" on their marketing materials and sales pitches. You want to read through the terms and conditions, as well as any contract you sign to confirm they are actually a fiduciary.
If you find that a fiduciary was not working in your best interest, you can file a complaint with SEC.gov. The SEC can take disciplinary action against them. 💚
Stay away from any "advisor."
Usaa insurance service lost a lot of money in recent years. 2016 had the record hail claims in san antonio history due to the hail size. And USAA suffered a large loss, since then How they handle their claims is day and night difference.
Maybe I’m different, but USAA called me to lower my premiums, not raise them.
No reason to use a fintech company with the recent problems. Just go directly to the individual bank or just buy mmf from your broker. The problem as I understand it is that these intermediary fintech would pool the money and all the actual bank knows is that this fintech company has X millions in the account, Not the thousands of individuals names and balances. When the fintech company goes bust and all the workers go home.. no one to access the thousands of accounts and balances.
I think USAA is overplaying their hand. They know they have a great reputation but I can no longer afford to work with them. Their home loan %s are at least a half % higher than competitors. Their insurance plans are more expensive than others. 4:10 I can't afford them anymore. I think they are expecting hard times in the future and actively choosing to turning away business to protect themselves. I've been with them since 1980.
Hi
Also do not use the same email address for your bank accounts as you do for other things such as purchases. Someone can use your email address to get to your bank account.
Good tip! 🙌 Definitely a different password, but a different email could offer another layer of protection.
@@Clark I use SimpleLogin and have created numerous email aliases. Check it out
USAA was originally just an insurance company. Maybe they should go back to just that.
Bank president stepped down in May. Related? More chenges coming?
🤔🤔💚
If you pay cadh they will raise the price of the car to compensate for the interest they lose.
Saw all the issues...especially blaming customers for FRAUD on their accounts.
I canceled my usaa insurance on home and cars. Saved closed to 1,000 a year.
Got nfcu credit card so canceling my usaa card.
Disgusting how bad they have become. I think my father would turn over in his grave since he raved about them since start of his military career.
7:13 we need banks to adapt FIDO2 standard so we can protect our accounts with hardware keys
Great tip! 🙌
Langley Federal Credit Union is another good credit union if you don’t like USAA.
I QUIT USAA AFTER 20 YEARS, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT COMBINE HOME AND AUTO FOR A DISCOUNT, AND CONSTANT PRICE INCREASES.
.....AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Can you talk about which products are a good idea vs ones that are not? Is there a resource you have created we can reference. I understand annuities are not a good idea but what about life insurance, long term disability insurance, etc.
Yes! Here are 4 insurance policies you actually need, and 5 you don't need: clark.com/insurance/insurance-policies-you-need/
Hope this answers your question! 💚
@@Clark thank you
@@Clark yes, thank you . Can you explain how you add term life to last your entire life? Would you recommend adding a new policy every 10 years or so to avoid higher rates with age?
@bagsandlifestyle Determining the proper term length and coverage amount for your life insurance policy is part art and part science, governed mostly by common sense.
Let’s say you’re buying term life insurance to ensure your children are taken care of in case you die unexpectedly. But your children are 18 and headed to college and you expect to retire in five years. In that case, you probably don’t need a 30-year policy. A 10-year policy would give you excellent coverage.
Also layer in your life expectancy. Do you have a chronic illness that may cut your life short? Or do several people in your family live well into their 90s? If you decide that 20 years is your "magic number," it's best to buy the full 20-year term upfront because premiums remain the same throughout the duration of the policy. If you do 10 now and 10 later, you run the risk of a rate increase at renewal. 💚
Thanks good advice.
I fear USAA is going WEF. They used to be the absolute best. Now they’re just ok. If you get some one who has been there a while with the old culture. But I bet most of them left
How about reporting on the Patelco ransomware attack
Thanks for the suggestion! We will discuss the possibility of reporting. 💚
We missed you so much Daddy Howard 😅
I had at least 4 friends who were treated horribly by usaa. 1 of them had his premium went up by 10,000 percent.
Clark Memorial Day is for our war dead. Veteran’s Day is in November.
Must be the participation trophy bunch in charge at USAA.
Unfortunately, those people are ubiquitous.
Let's be honest. Sorry, but FUSAA.
NCL will give cruisers a limited number of free wifi minutes.

Avoid Bank OZK at all costs. Funded a new CD on 5/22/2024, the funds cleared two days later, and shortly afterwards Bank OZK lost the money. They claim it was put in an unknown account and have been looking for it ever since. As of today, 7/8/24. they are searching for it. Looks like embezzlement case to me, and customer service is useless. Any suggestions?
File a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Since this gets the federal government involved, most banks respond within 15 days. Submit your complaint here: www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/
Hope this helps! 💚
@@Clark Thank you for your suggestion. Will do it now.
USAA is the best. However, my personal opinion is that there are people in banking industry being used to find vulnerable accounts to target for scams to extract big dollars. Overseas scammers involved.
Be real, they suck on customer service.
I heard they got a D or F from BBB.
With respect to USAA: When I call an American company and the first thing I hear is, "To continue in English, press 1", I know it's time to move my business elsewhere. I have complained about this with USAA for over two years, to no avail. The CEO of this company needs to be ousted immediately.
They are good for online banking. We have multiple checking and savings accounts. It's free. Free ATM reimbursements. Good customer service. But if you're looking to borrow or buy insurance go somewhere else. If you think they're bad try Bank of America.
