Shifts is an amazing app in the MS Office ecosystem, I'd say it's saved time overall and made scheduling/requests easier and more transparent in where I work's use of it, I believe it's a solid product, is it perfect? Nothing is but you know what, it's included and supported by Microsoft, for whatever you feel that's worth!
Hi thank you for this video I'm searching how to edit the clocked hours in Shifts. Do you know if and how it's possible to edit within MS Shifts these times/hours. Exporting and adjusting the excel file is an "option" but not my preferred
I have to "EXPORT" on SHIFTS the attendance for my department. I have not found a RUclips video for that. I looked under the Transcription. I found nothing for EXPORT?
To export attendance to Excel in Microsoft Shifts, follow these steps: Go to the Shifts app in Microsoft Teams. Click on the "Schedule" tab at the top of the page. Select the date range you want to export attendance for. Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the date range and select "Export schedule". In the export menu, select "Export to Excel" and choose a location to save the file. The attendance data will be exported to an Excel file in a table format that includes the names of the team members, the start and end times of their shifts, and whether or not they attended their scheduled shifts.
