Under the data tab on the dynojet software, there is a section in the top ribbon called "master filter enable" You can set a high and low RPM for the chart in there. To get a display more suited towards Internet consumption, you could have enabled the high RPM limit at 7300 or so. That would have removed that last section of the graph where the tach signal wiggled. Just trying to help, great video!
Great video Ken. I am looking forward to getting your E-85 NA tune here soon and later this fall I will be getting the fuel upgrade along with a Whipple 3.0. keep up the excellent to the point and honest information.
Picked up a 2020 lightning tribute and whipple for my channel, looking for a tuning company to connect with to get some content rolling on the project, very interested in oz.
Great video. I have a 22 f150 with a Whipple and have been wanting to get off this Whipple tune. After watching this video I believe I found my guy. Nice to know that with those injectors can handle e85 on low to moderate boost. Can you go down to that 3.5 pulley on the same belt?
Thx for taking the time to share all the great input makes me feel very comfortable going with your tune but I’m assuming with bigger injectors it will make significantly more power?
Actually, injectors do not increase power. The only time you upgrade injectors is when you’ve exceeded the flow of the current injectors. But air is what increases power. You add air to make more power, and you have to have enough fuel to achieve the air/fuel target for that airflow. Just increasing fuel without increasing air makes less power, not more. And then to increase air, you need to pulley down and have a fuel system to support everything. We can spec you out everything you need for your goals. Just shoot us an email if you have any more questions to tuning@oztuning.com
I have f150 with whipple stage 2 kit with whipple tune ( Stock headers / Y pipe & kooks green highflow Cats / stock exhaust ) it make 616 whp without any problem , my stock headers can handle whipple tune without problems, if i want tune should i upgrade headers and get the custome tune or i cant get your tune with same my setup
We can tune you for that setup. For better help though, email us all your details about the truck including year to tuning@oztuning.com and we'll help better there and you will be in direct contact with the calibrators too.
These are all answered in this video. Results showing the 3.50" pulley on the stock Whipple injectors, E85, using the JD Performance pump are near the end.
Looking at getting the JD fuel system. I hear a lot of negative talk about a returnees style fuel system. Is there issues controlling fuel pressure or some other reason you hear negative things about this setup? it seems like an affordable and easy option to get passed the fuel limitations.
Zero issues controlling fuel pressure and the system will support more power than your stock engine will handle. Not to mention all the other benefits of not having to keep your fuel level at least half full, which you’ll have to do with a return style system that doesn’t have a fuel bucket, and the fact that flowing fuel to the engine bay 100% of the time heats the fuel considerably more than a returnless system which only sends fuel to the engine bay that will be used by the engine.
@@KenOs1109 ok great. One last question. Swear. I had one of your NA tunes on my 23 f150. I swapped to whipple stage 2 and tuned on HP through Lund. I don’t think they like to tune on the return less style. Would you be able to remotely tune my whipple and get it closer to the 750-800whp mark when I buy the this fuel system in the near future?
Great info, love my truck N/A with E85 and the OZ tune

Any plans to use HP Tuners now that they're supporting this platform? A video testing headers would be great as well
I just bought a FP700 2023 Super Crew. I want to see the whipple tune vs the custom tune.

Was the power gains more immediate with whipple compared to the procharger you did?

What if you would have ran the whipple tune all the way to the same rpm as your tune?

Does it matter what mode you yev it on a dyno with your tune? Normal? Sport? Manual?
With the 3.875 pulley, how much boost is it supposed to make?
Would love to see these number on a cool day
Do u ever notice if there is anything in the stock tune at 3300 rpm? Fueling or vct ,On these 21 and up
Ken on a stock 2021 coyote how much more power can one make safely with the 3.5 pulley? Also what size injectors would you recommend?

@@KenOs1109 ok I think this is the route I’m going to go. Much easier install and overall simple and cost effective. I’m sold.
@@KenOs1109forgot to ask, did you say this truck still has the whipple injectors? What would the 52# ford injectors allow you HP wise?
@@TwinTurboLsxTypically mid 800’s on E85.

Will 3.75” on 94 octane be doable?
How daily reliable is the tuned whipple truck? I have a 22 5.0 that I want to supercharge but need it dependable
Very reliable as we stay well inside the safe limits. Also, datalogging is required to dial in the tune for the quality of fuel you have in your area.
When’s the release date ?
Probably in about a week. We need to update our website for them.

Are there any exhaust mods on this truck in video?
Just a lightning style MBRP catback.
Y’all revved a truck to 9k?
There is nothing in is video showing 9k rpms. I think you looked at the graphs incorrectly.
