Sounds like a mixture of late Baroque and Romantic brillant style(if Liszt tried to write something in the style of Bach, that's what he'd probably get) .
that may be the way it's been done historically but I didn't adhere to all the rules of a baroque fugue. just the multiple melodic voices. thanks for the info tho

It's not a fugue, though. The answer needs to be in the dominant for it to be a fugue.
