Yeah but the Only problem is that i don't have windows 11 so advanced storage option does not show on On windows 10

It shows on Windows 10. Just navigate to Settings -> System -> Storage. Look at Mid-Bottom of the Screen and You shall find the Section "More Storage Settings". "Change where new content is saved" is the 2nd Option from Top, there.
