Landscaping and curb appeal matters! Always think as a buyer. When you view any property the first thing you look at is the outside and curb appeal. Thats the very first thing. If the landscaping and curb appeal looks good it makes you feel good and makes you want to buy the property now.
Im a RE developer out in Texas and when I put a house up for sale before landscaping is done it usually sits for like a month but once I get that outside cleaned and presentable it sells in a week!
Its true. I had my cheep house valued, then I removed the way over grown, ugly looking garden from my investement/renovation home over and just nice grass with a good tree. Had the same evaluator come out a month later and he valued the house $60 000 over because the curb appeal made go from the worse house on the street to one of the nicest.
I was born with one arm, and drove a BMW M4 and a 392 Scatpack. That BMW was a smooth, luxurious daily driver as while the scatpack was like a rocket ship floating through the freeway. Their both dope rides. Your a huge inspiration on my RUclips journey Manny. Much Respect ✊🏾
