The only reason they are obese is because they eat fast food, sugary desserts & processed food DAILY. So far watching these people eat their ways to obesity has helped me lose 20 pounds.. it motivates me to eat healthy and exercise twice a day.. thankyou everyone
What people need to understand from both sides is that fat positivity started to stop the abuse and bullying of fat people that they endured daily but now it is so out of control that some obese people especially young women are proud of their weight which is life threatening.. Obesity is the mother of all diseases and is nothing to be proud of. Also the bullying of fat individuals who are actually there because of self neglect, depression or because of any other situations and are trying to be healthy are bullied and namecalled more visciously. Either sides are with disgusting opinions about bodies of either themselves or other individuals.
“Fat positivity” in its current form was blatantly created by the pharmaceutical industry, who are the biggest funders of media, to keep people on expensive (thanks, lobbying) daily pills to stay alive.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with being fat, if you admit you got there because of emotional issues and using food as a drug to cope. The idea that you’re a victim and that people who are trying to help you are actually just bigots is disturbing when heart disease kills one million people per year.
Does diet means eating only leaves now a days? Because as far as I know, "not being on a diet" does not means eating shit all the day. ( Coming for someone who's not on diet). And diet is not always there for weight loss. American food industry needs to be improved 😭
If you'd eat fast food daily, your body will adjust to it, it's the same with alcohol. When I stopped drinking often, I couldn't stomach alcohol anymore, the same happened with junk food in my case. Our body just stop taking those things well once we're not consuming them a lot:-)

I'm a woman, but if you're a man, this will work even better on you due to the way bodies function. 1. Strength training and lifting, be it body weight or actual weights + yoga, made a huge difference and I saw more positive results in my health, mental health and body quicker than just doing cardio. 2. Keep a food journal and count your calories, weigh and measure every single thing until it becomes second nature and you get an idea of how much food you're actually eating and the calories you're consuming. I don't even need to track my calories that much anymore unless it's new foods or ingredients I'm encountering. 3. Focus on protein, fiber and veggies. They will make you feel fuller for much longer, on top of being good for you. Try to get around 20-30g of protein in every meal. (Canned tuna, eggs, greek yogurt, chicken, turkey, chickpeas, beans, edemame, sweet potatoes, tofu are your friends.) Foods that you can eat a lot of but are light on calories are basically a food hack. You can eat a lot but still be within your daily calorie needs. 4. Hot liquids like soups and teas are great for keeping you full as well. Good luck!!! ❤❤

I'm always flabbergasted by how plain and unappetizing most fast food often looks 🤭
Does diet means eating only leaves now a days? Because as far as I know, "not being on a diet" does not means eating shit all the day. ( Coming for someone who's not on diet). And diet is not always there for weight loss. American food industry needs to be improved 😭
I eat fast food once a month roughly and sometimes feel pretty bad after! How do these people eat this all the time?
If you'd eat fast food daily, your body will adjust to it, it's the same with alcohol. When I stopped drinking often, I couldn't stomach alcohol anymore, the same happened with junk food in my case. Our body just stop taking those things well once we're not consuming them a lot:-)

I've also learned is thta jump roping you can lose calories more faster.
I'm just worried about what I should be eating
Also I'm open to anymore tips to losing weight I really need to I'm like 200 pounds and 5'2
Start smoking. Im 5'4 103lbs

Though I'm not gonna tell you how dangerous and damaging what you're doing can be as I assume you've heard it a million times, BUT remeber: Those super thin and fit athletes you see?
