People think a “diet” is what you do when you try to loose weight or eat healthy but that’s not correct. A diet is what you eat each day. If you are vegetarian you have a vegetarian diet. If you eat unhealthy that’s a diet too. Please take care of your body it will hurt in the long run.
And people usually mix up veganism as a diet when veganism is not a diet since it affects every part of your live not just eating. It's lifestyle, they confuse it with plant based which is diet.

Exactly it's all carbs in zero protein. I love carbs just as much as anyone but I at least try LOL I really found that eating three eggs in the morning helps a lot. I usually add some kind of meat to it to bump the protein up I try to get 30 G in the morning we need 30 g of protein when we wake up because overnight our body has become catabolic and is breaking down muscle. When we eat 30 g of protein we get the proper amount of leucine which triggers protein muscle synthesis. This keeps our muscles in good shape and gets us out of the catabolic state. They also state that eating 30 to 50 g of protein at the night time meal. Is critical. I watch the number one protein researcher in the world Donald Lehman and it's quite interesting. Most people are not eating anywhere enough protein at the right times

It's not about what they're eating, it's about how much they're eating. The calories in those things are likely pretty high once they added sauces and different things to them.

Yes they should add more fibre, unrefined carbs, high quality protein and water to their diets if they want to then other foods that don't do as much for your health and can damage it easier will slowly decrease but when your not used to a diet high in fibre and good quality protein and lower in salt and refined, high in saturate, processed fat this can be hard on your body and mind and gets time to get used to and high fibre or protein isn't even possible for some people due to health problems that might have got them where they are in the first in place!

Nothing tastes as good as being healthy. I used to binge on every flavor and texture under the sun to get fulfillment and every time I did it, I realized that I didn’t fill the need that I was feeling. Down 112 pounds and videos like this remind me of why I shouldn’t binge.
IMO the problem is that some people put too much emphasis on food. Like they don't stop thinking about eating their next meal. I eat when I'm genuinally hungry and I don't spend all day thinking about what I'm having for my next meal. I don't have set meal times. Sometimes I fast till around 2pm if I'm not hungry and have big gaps in between meals. Also I keep busy with other things. These people need to stop thinking about food 24/7.

What you can do is get some quality dark chocolate that's loish sugar. Melted and dip your cut up Apple in it. Well that the chocolate set for 5 or 10 minutes in the fridge. Nowhere near the same but a good substitute and quite healthy dark chocolate is really good for you if you get the 70 percent or higher cacao

I really like watching these, cuz made me realize these girls ate healthier than me!! 3 Years back I didn't eat a single vegetable, fruit, nut, an had horrible medical issue appear, that I just fought off this year, an currently a raw vegan. I used to eat about 5 desserts daily, 2-3 sandwiches, bag of chips dip, snacks, dinner, 2nd dinner mac an cheese. And takeout I could easily down 5 burgers, fries, an go back for more. At that time I weighed 157lbs.
There body, their choice. Personally, I’m chubby, and I mostly eat healthy foods and other foods in moderation, my digestive and stomach could never be able to handle all this food in a single sitting. Maybe throughout they day, yeah, but in one meal. Nah

this “intuitive eating” is just what they want you to see (which is why they film it) because they’re really incredibly self conscious what they actually eat when the camera isn’t rolling. I used to be 300lbs back in 2014 and I wasn’t happy with my body. High blood pressure, resting heart rate was 105, type 2 diabetes runs on my dads side of the family, etc. so I stopped lying to myself and took some god damn responsibility. Fast forward 9 years and I’m still maintaining 175/180 standing at 5’8 and I just recently turned 30. I believe when you hit your 30s you truly have to start taking more care of your organs more often than you’d like and shed the fucking weight. Keep eating like we did the first 2 decades of our lives and you’re gonna be on medication by the time you’re 40. Never give up guys! Seriously.

Even if their food is healthy, if you bring in more fuel than you burn, you create a net excess. Thus, weight gain.
I don't understand how these women even have the stomach space to consume that much food in a day. Unless they do high intensity cardio or strength training EVERYDAY which builds up an appetite (which i doubt they do ), they are NOT eating intuitively. On the days I'm not working out my appetite is generally a lot lower, which means I'm eating a lot less. Probably because they eat mostly carbs. Carbs spike your insulin and give you energy for a short amount of time. That way you crave even more that rapid boost

I dont know where you got that idea about 300 calories but I'm inclined to think you just made it up because if you look at any scientific research into the calories needed by humans, 300 is not the recommended amount in any study.
Even newborns need about 500 calories a day, I dont think they have an emotional relationship with food, they're literally just drinking milk, not processed stuff. And if we needed 300 calories a day then how come anorexics and people in extreme poverty die while eating a lot more?

What you can do is get some quality dark chocolate that's loish sugar. Melted and dip your cut up Apple in it. Well that the chocolate set for 5 or 10 minutes in the fridge. Nowhere near the same but a good substitute and quite healthy dark chocolate is really good for you if you get the 70 percent or higher cacao

I really like watching these, cuz made me realize these girls ate healthier than me!! 3 Years back I didn't eat a single vegetable, fruit, nut, an had horrible medical issue appear, that I just fought off this year, an currently a raw vegan.
I used to eat about 5 desserts daily, 2-3 sandwiches, bag of chips dip, snacks, dinner, 2nd dinner mac an cheese. And takeout I could easily down 5 burgers, fries, an go back for more. At that time I weighed 157lbs.

this “intuitive eating” is just what they want you to see (which is why they film it) because they’re really incredibly self conscious what they actually eat when the camera isn’t rolling. I used to be 300lbs back in 2014 and I wasn’t happy with my body. High blood pressure, resting heart rate was 105, type 2 diabetes runs on my dads side of the family, etc. so I stopped lying to myself and took some god damn responsibility. Fast forward 9 years and I’m still maintaining 175/180 standing at 5’8 and I just recently turned 30. I believe when you hit your 30s you truly have to start taking more care of your organs more often than you’d like and shed the fucking weight. Keep eating like we did the first 2 decades of our lives and you’re gonna be on medication by the time you’re 40. Never give up guys! Seriously.

Filming a video where they eat healthier food trying to prove to people that even if they are fat their food intake is good, it doesn't mean it happens all the time and I am very sure that when they stop filming, they chow down on fast-food and soda. I know about it because I was fat and I was in their shoes but I never considered myself healthy or beautiful. All the fat that I had accumulated because I was eating like a pig all day made me be ashamed of what I became.
This happenes when there is no self-control, it becomes and addiction with which you will struggle a lot!
All the effort and energy they put into eating should be put into doing better in their life. Instead of sitting around all day eating, they should go on a walk or learn a few things about what they are doing.

But my boyfriend doesn't think about eating at all- its mechanical for him, just a necessity. People in the video are really large because they spend so much of their day eating. Even if their food is healthy, if you bring in more fuel than you burn, you create a net excess. Thus, weight gain.

I don't understand how these women even have the stomach space to consume that much food in a day. Unless they do high intensity cardio or strength training EVERYDAY which builds up an appetite (which i doubt they do ), they are NOT eating intuitively. On the days I'm not working out my appetite is generally a lot lower, which means I'm eating a lot less. To me that counts as intuitive eating, not just eating every bit of junk food in sight even when you're not hungry

Probably because they eat mostly carbs. Carbs spike your insulin and give you energy for a short amount of time. That way you crave even more that rapid boost
