  • Instructions:
    1) Setup: Step forward into a lunge position, with one leg forward and both knees bent at 90 degrees.
    2) Jump: From the lunge, jump up and switch legs in mid-air, landing with the opposite leg forward in another lunge.
    Continue to switch legs with each jump.
    Keep your upper body straight and use your arms to help balance and propel your movements.
    Land softly to minimise the impact on your joints.
