  • Instructions:
    1) Setup: Lie on your back on a mat with one leg straight on the floor and the other leg bent at the knee.
    2) Positioning: Grasp the thigh of your bent leg with both hands just above the knee to stabilise it.
    3) Perform the Glide: Extend the knee to raise the leg up straight, then bend the knee back in, keeping the thigh as close to the body as possible.
