When I started exploring RUclips channels I found yours and always come back to it. I would like to add that I am 54 years old. You frequently make reference to prenatal and postnatal modifications and I would just love it if you would say or do some acknowledging that some of your followers may be in the pre and post menopausal phase! I'm sure I'm not the only one!!
Great idea! I usually try to say something in the beginning about how "there are many reasons to modify", and then specify the pre/post for safety but you are right---I should elaborate! Thank you!

Hi Amy. I love your workouts and the modifications that you offer. I just turned 69 and I prefer the videos that start with standing and only go down to the mat at the end. The ones that go from up to down several times are hard for seniors! Could you consider making some more dumbbell workouts with only one change of position? Thx!

Annette, I do the same thing. I find what fits my mood or my time frame for that day. The variety is great!

I Iove your workouts but less talking between sets would be better.
A good rule of thumb with kettlebell workouts is to avoid taking advice from anyone who racks a kettlebell in that really dangerous way.
