Might have been to give the most dramatic and obvious color change possible. But I agree I wanted to see the new color with her regular curls!

It is really what the client wants! But thank goodness she chose someone that knows color and coily hair and took her skin color in consideration. It actually could be her natural hair color.

Yeah I commented a while ago, that the quality of the hairstyles has improved vastly!
It’s just a silk press, it’ll revert back to curly when she washes it
You can see the colour better when it’s straight and it looks like she had a bit of a haircut too (so maybe straightening helped her getting a more even cut)

I know this is a given, but I love that the stylist said she would keep her skin tone in consideration for the color of the hair. I feel like a lot of stylists don't do this extra step of really considering each person as an individual client, even some of the higher end stylists I've been to

I love this color. If you want it, it's called color 4. They have it in wigs, bundles and even braiding hair.
@@lauren6509 yess! have some #4 braiding hair, but it’s always a little too light & #2 is too dark. here’s seems like a nice mix of both with a hint of something else. probably from the toner🧐

@@katara6671 same, my hair color looks like this in natural light, otherwise it just looks dark brown with some caramel-ish highlights. My whole family doesn't like the color because we're asians and have dark black hair! They just keep telling me to oil my hair and eat more coz they think I'm malnourished🤣😂

This may not reflect the color we were expecting but if you think about it, the color is reminiscent to the ashy brown of a cinnamon stick.

I love it! Its very subtle & really compliments her skin tone. She was already very pretty to begin with, this color looks amazing on her.

I think it turned out good but I'll be honest I cringed when she started at the roots! Like thats a big no no when your lightening hair!
but actually her ends are darker than her root... and this is not good.
They didn’t use bleach like stated. It’s a color, they may have formulated a root color and a mid shaft/end color.
@@poharhanni they are a little lighter actually, probably should be the other way around, guess this is why they say to start at the ends with lightener, i heard it’s the body heat from our head that develops the lightener faster at the roots, makes sense now :P
@@bodybalancer yes exactly what I'm saying as well, they should've started with the ends because now the roots are lighter. And it looks strange now, but it'll look bad once her hair grown.
