The key to a great performance of this piece is intimate rapport in respect of tempi and dynamics, and these guys achieve that in spades. Add to that their beautiful clarity of articulation, and this a a REALLY great performance.

These boys play very well indeed. But not sure if Rachmaninov would approve. He was NOT easy to please.
