A great talent. I only just learned he passed and I'm gutted. Saw him perform at the Freight and Salvage in Berkeley a few times. He signed my old Silly Wizard albums and chatted with us for almost an hour after the show. A true gentleman. Peace to you Andy. Hope there are many ceilis up in heaven.
@@kingarthurkingofthebritons6377 It had to have been in the mid-late 90's... I remember him talking about the movie Rob Roy... oh yes he was doing songs from the 97 release Donegal Rain. If I remember the exact year I'll reply again.
I believe I am remembering two separate shows. My husband and I saw him at the Freight in the mid-late 90's. Andy played there again in 2001-2002, I attended that show with a friend of mine. I remember now that we talked about then President GW Bush.
