Thank you!!! Great review. To those debating these and the Ions… I tried both on today, and bought the Kita’s with no doubts. These are considerably stiffer than the Ions (which I didn’t want) but the design and comfort made up for it. Much less heel lift, better padding in toe box, and less shifting of my foot when rocking forwards and back WITHOUT the boots feeling any tighter. My feet are average but with slightly longer toes. The toe box was barely longer on the Kita’s, without having any visibly longer footprint. The hybrid ions were much harder to put on and adjust right. If the Ions were the same price, I still would’ve bought the Kitas. I’d only recommend the Ions over the kitas if you want all-mountain boots more capable in the park, and have tall & shorter feet.

How’s the toe box vs 32? I have pretty WIDE feet right now feeling ok with 32 lashed

A little wider. With the ThirtyTwo boots I've tried the toe boxes, even in the wides, are always more narrow in proportion to the rest of the boot. They seem to be narrower in the toe box than most boots I've tried as well.

@@thegoodridesnow thanks for thé info. Do you know if the size is consistent across their different models? I can’t find stores carrying the kita, so wanted to try different model for sizing
