Magic of the Mind! By repeating this meditation I became much more successful in having my worry. which by the way was beyond my control, and the feeling of anxiety ( an emptyness and shaking sensations in my abdomen and chest) which I awoke with, dissipate completely into the present moments! It is also interesting, that having those sensations of anxiety upon awakening forced me to worry some about the day ahead (into the future). It left me with the desire and intention to do a morning meditation for calm and peacefulness. Instead, this new meditation for reducing worry and calming the mind by letting go showed up on my computer screen. Good Luck! And Thank You DTM! May these comments bring to you this day the Calm and Peace I was looking for! Forever grateful. ADB,MD
the practice is more important than the worries. people should just take ten minutes for themselves.
Liked this meditation again! Just want to mention the enormous difference between having some worries and BEING a worrier! ADB,MD

Thank you for these amazingly helpful mindfulness meditations! :)
I'd like to request more 10 minute and even 5 minute meditations. My nervous system is pretty jittery and short attention span. It would really help.❤
Excellent video. Thank you for this.
Thank you. Perfect for a meditation today and in future days when I need it!
