I just wanted to thank you so much for posting quality meditations without any background music. I find a lot of the music people use to be quite irritating and distracting.
I seriously am grateful for this video, and for you for making it. The more minimal-guidance, deeper silence mode of meditation is perfect for me--it helps me to relax and lock into that more peaceful center. Your light-touch and gentle direction help me a lot with meditation. Thank you.

Thank you. I noticed towards the end I became very fidgety, but I kept going back to the breath. I also noticed that when I started my thoughts were of past hurts, betrayals, etc., but towards the end they were of gentle scenes: people sitting a garden, taking a walk. Pleasant and gentle. ❤
This sounds like a wonderfully immersive experience! The pure voice-only format seems ideal for truly connecting with the breath and deepening focus. I'm looking forward to extending my practice and enhancing my mindfulness with this session. Thank you for offering such a thoughtful approach to meditation.
