I'm currently working on set in the filming of One Of Us Is Lying and I think (although your dream cast isn't true) you'll be pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the job the actual cast have done to pull this off!
Is Cooper van Grootel playing Nate? I heard that he is gonna play,if its true, than im so dissapointed,cause in the book it says that his hair is brown-black,and he is blonde
I think I like the series' actual cast better because they look like actual normal ppl, yk? The actors that this person chose are all flawless and beautiful except for Simon. In the cast none of them is a stupidly pretty bastard with no flaws whatsoever. They are all very beautiful, but in a normal-person-that-you-could-actually-meet way, and also, they are just very good. I don't know if these people would be able to give half as much personality and charisma as Cooper van Grootel, Analissa Cochrane, Marianly Tejada, Chibuikem Uche and Jessica McLeod did.
I like most of these choices, I made my own version of who I would want the cast to be, but I definitely like these as well. As for Janae's character, I always picture a POC to play her. Nothing against other races, but seeing as my name is almost spelled exactly like it with one letter difference, I've only ever met a Black girl named Jan(-ai, -ae, -eè, -ay, etc.) not once have I met a white or any other race woman with my name BTW it's Prentiss, not Pretniss!

I actually just randomly picked this book up from the internet as a newbie reader w/o knowing it was popular. This was an impressive set of dream casts. I agree almost on all of them except for Simon and Kris. Simon had blue eyes and blond hair as someone has mentioned it in the comments which I just remembered back. And for Kris, I imagined him to be more slimmer and have darker or black hair to be precise. This book was dope thooo. It got me on the edge of my seat every chapter. Does anyone have other book recommendations just like this one?
there's a sequel called One Of Us Is Next if you're interested in reading. Maeve is even one of the main characters. I promise you won't be disappointed.

The first time I read the book it was before the series released, so I kind of just imagined them all as their breakfast club counter parts lmao Second - Seeing this made me realize how One of Us is Lying is racist and has literally zero even slightly important black characters💀 (god, I love this book, but I'm also so done with it)
I really liked some of the supporting characters you chose including Simon and Janae, but I feel as if the actors that are leads really don't.... mesh well.
Don't really think they messed up. They all look great, especially Addy and Janae. My biggest problem in the main cast was Bronwyn, and that's not because she doesn't fits, but because she looks like and f-ing mother of three in her 40s TOT (I personally think the actress' great, she just looks to old to be in highschool, but I don't really know her actual age, tho)
