@@scoobydooiscool in the series! You'd never tell he actually has such a strong Aussie accent in real life,as you can sed here, in the interviews. I actually thought the same, how did he do it??! Amazing! Just like he is❤👍

I’m a big fan of the book and I can’t wait to see these amazing actors being these characters to life. If only peacock was available on the UK 😂
Reading the books and then watching the show being the exact same would be a bit boring. The changes made it interesting

~SPOILER ALERT~ Just finished watching the series after having read the book a few weeks ago. Let me just tell you! Not happy Jan (Aus commercial quote reference, IYKYK) Why do these companies that make a series out of a popular book, have to change the story for? If you’re going to make a show/series out of a book, keep it original, the original is much better than this based on series. Some things I didn’t like in the show was the fact that they didn’t add in that Bronwyn and Nate ended up together in the end and that they also didn’t add in the show that Bronwyn & Nate developed a romantic relationship after they become closer after the entire incident had occurred (Simons death). Why was Bronwyn dating Evan from the beginning of the series? That didn’t happen in the Book and when Nate and Bronwyn did almost kiss at the cliff (in the series) at that point she was still dating Evan so it made her come across as she was a cheater (they didn’t end up kissing but still if they had at that point, she would’ve been) she only liked Evan not dated him in the book until later on towards the end of the book when Nate said he didn’t want to be anything as they’re not right for each other, and that they should go back to their normal lives, but then she broke it off with Evan before she got together with Nate. Why couldn’t they leave it like that in the show? I like that in the book Nate and Bronwyn developed a romance and saw each other all the time, but in the series they never hung out alone/got to know one another. Also Addys sister wasn’t part of the series at all? Why? Only had a 2min part at the start of ep 1 and that’s it, I liked how in the book Addy and her Sister got closer and ended up living together. Also I hated the ending of the series not the same as the book at all! They changed so much from the book and I hate when they do that. The whole point of making a series out of a book is to bring what we’ve read, what we’ve imagined, to life, not change it. Don’t get me wrong, the cast they chose were incredible and they did a fantastic job and of course these changes weren’t up to the cast at all, I just don’t get why they do that, change a series so much which is from a book. In my opinion, the book version (original) is much better than the series. 😔

In short: This was a total flop for starters. I get how excited the cast was but they did not fit the characters whatsoever. We’ll just have to wait and see if Peacock can do any better. I doubt it though
