Police, Fire, Rescue & Medical Agencies Landed at the Rose Bowl for the Emergency Preparedness Training. The Event is Hosted Yearly by the Pasadena Police Department's Air Support Unit to promote familiarity with the Rose Bowl Grounds.
The Rose Bowl is designated as a staging area for a large disaster or mass casualty situation. Coordinated landing and takeoff procedures were a key component of the annual disaster response exercise and fly-in. Thank You for Watching & Please Subscribe.
The Robinson R66 is a helicopter designed and built by Robinson Helicopter Company. It has five seats, a separate cargo compartment and is powered by a Rolls-Royce RR300 turboshaft engine. The R66 is slightly faster and smoother than the piston-powered Robinson R44 from which it is derived. The R66 received both type and production certificates from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) on October 25, 2010. The R66 is a larger and turbine powered derivative of the Robinson R22 and R44 family of helicopters.

I can't tell the difference between the R44 and the R66 they look similar. They are both nice helicopter like this one in the video, but what's the difference?

If I don't make a mistake, R66 has a turbine engine and R44 has a piston engine, R66 has a longer cabin, a screened air intakes at the base of the tail boom and a taller main rotor mast.

The R66 tailrotor is two inches larger in diameter, so the total helicopter length is one inch longer than the R44. Tailrotor blades are about a half-inch wider in chord, and the tailrotor hub is redesigned to reduce vibration, with a thinner hub but beefier bolts.
