You really are a role model for Black Men. Thanks for showing that it’s okay for Black men to show when they’re vulnerable and dealing with mental health. I really hope you go far with whatever you do. I hope to find a man like you ❤️.
Thank you for being so real and vulnerable...you are an inspiration! I’m starting the process to join the Air Guard as an officer. Thank you for sharing your wisdom 🙏
I’m so glad you’re keeping things real. I feel like as soon as you mention “mental health” or “therapy” people look at you funny. I’ve needed/ gone to mental health since last October, made a world of difference for me 🙌🏻
Aww Jay, I just wanna give you a hug. This was def a much needed video. Even if you aren't in the military you can relate. So glad you are doing better. Thank you for being transparent 🙏🏾

Good to see you back at it on RUclips! I'm so glad that you took the BOLD action of speaking about mental health on your channel. A lot of people need to know that is is OK to seek help when they need it, and not be ashamed of it. Thanks for sharing!❤
Hey man first time stumbling upon your videos. You speak it how it is and I can relate to a lot of what you’re expressing. As an up and coming PJ soon I respect you brother and know you’re not alone. Thank you for showing us how you feel. It takes a real man to show emotion and cry and know when to get help, Be strong brother!

If I sign up for 4 year after the 4 years are up can I leave and than just go to college full time? Cuz after my 4 years I want to do college full time and live a normal life.
You still seem pretty miserable, dude. I think you just need something to occupy yourself; keep your mind/body busy enough & you won't have time or energy to stress.
My dude. Stay strong. I see a hard shell and a soft passionate soul. Qualities of a True Warrior.
