You are welcome. Link for starter in description.
Thank you for this tutorial. Please how long should I let it stay before it turn into yoghurt?
You are welcome. Between 5- 20hrs depending on your starter, water etc.... once its a bit thick your refrigerate.
Nice one please want to know if after removing the wey can i add little water or the wey to mix
It's your choice whatever u want to add. If u want to use a little of the wey, it's up to you.
Hii,i really enjoyed your video, thank you so much. pls can we use 2 or 3 satchets of yogourmet for 4 litres of milk ?
Yes it's possible. I have successfully used 1 satchet for 2 ltrs and it came out fine. But the incubator period was longer... instead of 9hrs, I kept it for about 18hrs or so.... but u have to be checking it so you dont keep it longer than necessary to over ferment and get spoilt.
Thanks so much for this video. Please where can I get this yoghurt starter?
You are welcome. Check the link in the description box...
Well done 👍
Thank you

Wow so helpful. What do you think about making your starter
Thanks. I have seen a video on the use of pepper head to form starter but not seen much research on its active bacteria content. So I can't say much on it. If I can can be sure of the live cultures in it then sure I will make mine. Thanks for the thought.
So ma where and how can i get the starter and how much
Link in description box pls
For how many minutes will you boil the milk? Can the milk be use for parfait
Yes you can use it for parfait. Place your milk on fire for like 5 to 10mins. But before it starts boiling. Just heating the milk for pasteurisation.
Please can I store it in freezer after making it?
Yes pls
Hello Dear, please can I freeze the Greek yogurt
Yes pls.
Please how do I preserve the youghurt?
Fridge, freezer, food preservatives like Sodium benzoate etc.
Thank you
Pls ma after the incubation, can one store it in the freezer for lesser hours if one can't wait to put it in the fridge overnight?
Yes for normal yoghurt. For yes and no. Yes if u can drain of the whey, Like squeezing it with hand. No if u want to let the water drain out by itself. Cos it will might get blocked before it drains out completely....
Pls show me how to make the date syrup
I have already made a video on date syrup. See the link to watch...

@@naturesecretswithsally4234 hi
I want yourgourt starter
I have a question. Please reply back to
You use 120g powdered milk to 1 l water if I use 2000g of powdered milk, which means I need almost 16L of water. Correct me in this calculation
Yes pls. You calculation is correct. You can even reduce water a bit if you choose. The more milk the more better tasty yoghurt...
