Much easier then NC we shoot to 25 yds prone and cover, and also night qualifying
I've shot and qualified in both states, I agree, NC is way harder 😅
What are the time restrictions?
What size target is used? b-34? b-27?
Many people are under the impression that security guards have no firearm training yet their firearms training far exceeds the majority of the population and that includes many in the military. In Ca our powers of arrest manual if studied which sadly few do is full of information that is relevant for uniform security and will give one a working knowledge of the law which again far exceeds most of the population.
They really expanded the POA manual and use of force course work. People ask why? BSIS is responding to incidents that shouldn't have happened / optics were horrible.

Yes although this qual will be changing in 2024. We actually just uploaded a video with the new one.
That's an easy one. NY has you shooting out to 25.
We use to but it's no longer required
NY is not done on reduced targets....The Florida G qual is conducted on a B34 reduced

Negative. It is a timed qualification
Each stage is timed, and there been couple changes since this video was made.
Charges not as may holster draws.
