    Main is social anxiety k trap me bhutt buri trh se fs chuki hu ...l m trying from 2.5 yrs still feels same in social situations panic attacks and body shivering ,my voice gets trumble ....but i will not give up .After watching this i came to know i am not alone in this journey.

    Very useful video madam
    I have bad memories of childhood, used to get bully in friend circle so I developed habit of being alone to stay happy.
    In college years I developed stammering as well, which forced me avoid people even more. I had excuse of study pressure, recently I got posting in survey of India. This office life with social anxiety and stammering is very hard for me. Meditation and Pranayam are my last hope.

One of the best video on this topic i have ever seen but ,sab kehna asan hai ,leken reality me kaam nahi ata , sayad lambe samay ke bat kam aye leken nahi ho raha , life jhand ho jati hai , aur dukh ki baat yahi hai ki koi samjhnewala hota nahi hai , dost , family members sabko lagta hai yesa kuchh chij hai hi nahi hai . Sab sochte hain ladka thoda sarmila hai bas leken social anxiety bahat khatarnak hoti hai ….. still fighting since 15-20 years

    The best treatment for anxiety
    As per my ecperience and study. Gollow some step routine on daily basis. Two things mainly need to be maintain in your daily life. For sure you will get out of it slowly. Your sleep and your food. Sleep what time you sleep and what time you woke up. You must skeep early in the night like 9.00 to 10.00 pm wake up early in the norning as earliest like 5.00 am after prayer do some exersise, gj for running, or any physical activity so you can swet and take bath with cold water and eat uour breakfast heathy begore 8.00 am then start your day working. So you feel better your mental stress will relief and lunch @ 1.00 pm max by 2.00 pm and dont eat full stomoch. Eat like not fully just you should feel little hunger. Then at dinner make as earliest before sunset or before 8.00 pm take some healthy juices with very low sugar and dont eat sugar much and at night sleep as earliest. This thing you need to keep routine. Dont sleep too much wake up early in the morning as earleist this way you can beat your anxiety and for this you no need doctor and you will live a healthy life. Always do walking, running, swiming any ohysical activity for atleast 1 hour daily.

    This is one of the best videos i have ever found on social anxiety.I am suffering from social anxiety since my childhood till now.Initially i didn't have any idea like whenever my teachers ask me any thing or whenever i am asked to come in front of a class why my heart starts pounding,my chest feels heavy and my hands tremble 🥺 i used to avoid such situations.Even when sometimes i had a presentation 5 days before the presentation the fear just come inn and i was like presentation hai preservation hai how would i look how will i do.Then something that helped to to manage these physical symptoms came inn.Thank God 🙏 and that was pause plan hypothesis that was a magic that helped me a lot.Whenever i had such a feeling like my heart is racing and all the stuff like that i used to take a pause in my mind and start to consciously notice my heart beat and its just magical when you consciously note your physical sign and say to yourself that yes my heart is racing and i am feeling choking the signs at the very moment start to improve.Its just magical response.May be it is helpful someone else.Now i am quite comfortable with my physical signs but there is fear in my mind that still exists from my past and i will try to focus on mind like try to remind myself that its my mind which is doing its puzzles just ignore it.This video is very good.

    Is there any one with social anxiety who doesn't feel conversations with people . I just talk with people make eye contact but I still feel fear unconsciously and I can't respond to people confidently and correctly. Some times I stammer and say things in a rushing way. Some times my facial expressions don't match with the thing I say. I consider myself inferior from confident people. I overthink before I say anything, it feels like my brain struggles and takes effort to think what I have to say that's why if someone suddenly say something I cannot reply correctly because I am not ready. My brain always consider others as an stranger no matter how much I talk to them and the time I have been with them. Is there anyone else feels the same?

    Baat to sahi hai apki but karna bohot mushkil hai qki mujhe anxiety or depression aisa hai k me 7 month se ghar se bahar nahi nikla hu or rahi baat shaadi me jaane ki jab koi baat karne ata hai to paseena nikalne lagta hai face pe or uncomfortable hone lagte hai or dusra ager koi mere se baat kar raha hai to me baat karte karte fumble hone lag jata hai or bolna kya hota hai nikal kuch or jata hai or kahi baar jawab kya dena hota hai instant bhool jate hai k bolna kya hai or mera sabse pehla to self esteem hi itna low hai k ghar wale bhi ye bolte hai k paida kar k galti kari ekdum spineless hai usko dekh kaisa kamara hai ye teri anxiety jo chord or kal se kaam pe jaa bus unlogo ko ye nahi samjhna k jo ladka pehle 2min ghar me nahi baittha tha wo aaj din bhar ghar me q hai unko bus aisa hai k ladka bahar jaye or paisa laye chahe kuch bhi ho mann to karta hai end up with my life pareshaan hogya hu yaar koi q nahi samjhta ghar wale to bohot lightly lete hai unko bola bhi gaya doctor ko dikhao par nahi bolte khud se kar kya karu mene sab try karliya nahi hora yaaar me isi chakkar me druggist bhi tha wo chodne k baad to mera anxiety level or badh gaya suicidal thought neend naa ana ziyada bhook lagna bahar nikal ne se darrna stomach me pata nahi ajeeb sa kuch hona hand shivering pagal ho jaungaa yaar mera har cheeze me se intrest udh jata hai achanak kuch bhi karne ka mann nahi hota aisa lagta hai kuch ho kuch aisa karu jisse maza ave acha lage but sab se intrest hatt jata hai movie dekhne se leke har cheeze dinn me jaghne se acha nahi lagta raat ko sab acha lagta hai mood swings hota hai jaldi irritate ho jata hu mann karta hai bus mobile me hi gusse rahu real duniya me rehne ka mann nahi karta koi aisa scene ajaye to achanak rona aajata hai bolne k liye or bhi bohot kuch hai but ye bada paragraph bann jayega ager meko mauka mile kahi pe anxiety or depression k upper bolne ka k real feelings kya hoti hai to me ready hu ek ek point batane ko kya hota hai kaisa feel hota hai n all its not easy jisko bhi lagta hai anxiety n depression koi mazak hai dnt take it lightly thanks ❤

    Just one correction mam, coffee or caffeine is a worsening factor for anxiety, quitting caffeine really helps in anxiety reduction

      I have also social phobia since 23 years...but I'm go my masters & I'm go away from my comfort zone...uske baad kya logo se Jayda ghuma firna ...jo logo se dar lagta hain usee hi baat Karo...or Darna nahi hein.... this is only psychological issues

    Mam Mere Saath Meri Height Ki Wajah Se Social Anxiety Hua Hai. Meri Height 6'1" Hai Aur Me Zyada Logo Ke Bich Nahi Jaa Pata. Aur Aaj tak jab bhi gaya hu sab log meri Height Ko leke hi baat karte hai aur or kahi log muh pe hi majak uadate hai. Ussse mera confidence bilkul low ho gaya hai😭 ab logo ke samne zyada der proper eye contact bhi nahi kar pata hu..😭 aur sabhi log muje ghurte hai ussse dekhke confidance aur low ho jata hai. Jitna bhi ho sake me logo or social events ko totally ignore hi karta hu..😭

    Mann mein sochta hu jawab de dunga ab mila toh par Jawab Dene time anxiety dar lagta he overthinking hone lagta he kya Karo mein Madam mujhe zindegi aage dikhai nahi de rahe he please kuch kahiye.
