I have bad memories of childhood, used to get bully in friend circle so I developed habit of being alone to stay happy.
In college years I developed stammering as well, which forced me avoid people even more. I had excuse of study pressure, recently I got posting in survey of India. This office life with social anxiety and stammering is very hard for me. Meditation and Pranayam are my last hope.

The best treatment for anxiety
As per my ecperience and study. Gollow some step routine on daily basis. Two things mainly need to be maintain in your daily life. For sure you will get out of it slowly. Your sleep and your food. Sleep what time you sleep and what time you woke up. You must skeep early in the night like 9.00 to 10.00 pm wake up early in the norning as earliest like 5.00 am after prayer do some exersise, gj for running, or any physical activity so you can swet and take bath with cold water and eat uour breakfast heathy begore 8.00 am then start your day working. So you feel better your mental stress will relief and lunch @ 1.00 pm max by 2.00 pm and dont eat full stomoch. Eat like not fully just you should feel little hunger. Then at dinner make as earliest before sunset or before 8.00 pm take some healthy juices with very low sugar and dont eat sugar much and at night sleep as earliest. This thing you need to keep routine. Dont sleep too much wake up early in the morning as earleist this way you can beat your anxiety and for this you no need doctor and you will live a healthy life. Always do walking, running, swiming any ohysical activity for atleast 1 hour daily.

This is one of the best videos i have ever found on social anxiety.I am suffering from social anxiety since my childhood till now.Initially i didn't have any idea like whenever my teachers ask me any thing or whenever i am asked to come in front of a class why my heart starts pounding,my chest feels heavy and my hands tremble 🥺 i used to avoid such situations.Even when sometimes i had a presentation 5 days before the presentation the fear just come inn and i was like presentation hai preservation hai how would i look how will i do.Then something that helped to to manage these physical symptoms came inn.Thank God 🙏 and that was pause plan hypothesis that was a magic that helped me a lot.Whenever i had such a feeling like my heart is racing and all the stuff like that i used to take a pause in my mind and start to consciously notice my heart beat and its just magical when you consciously note your physical sign and say to yourself that yes my heart is racing and i am feeling choking the signs at the very moment start to improve.Its just magical response.May be it is helpful someone else.Now i am quite comfortable with my physical signs but there is fear in my mind that still exists from my past and i will try to focus on mind like try to remind myself that its my mind which is doing its puzzles just ignore it.This video is very good.

Is there any one with social anxiety who doesn't feel conversations with people . I just talk with people make eye contact but I still feel fear unconsciously and I can't respond to people confidently and correctly. Some times I stammer and say things in a rushing way. Some times my facial expressions don't match with the thing I say. I consider myself inferior from confident people. I overthink before I say anything, it feels like my brain struggles and takes effort to think what I have to say that's why if someone suddenly say something I cannot reply correctly because I am not ready. My brain always consider others as an stranger no matter how much I talk to them and the time I have been with them. Is there anyone else feels the same?

Ussse mera confidence bilkul low ho gaya hai😭 ab logo ke samne zyada der proper eye contact bhi nahi kar pata hu..😭 aur sabhi log muje ghurte hai ussse dekhke confidance aur low ho jata hai. Jitna bhi ho sake me logo or social events ko totally ignore hi karta hu..😭

I can not even buy a coffee or some food from college canteen or outside where people are there. I feel nervous and anxious. I start thinking about others who are around and also think how to ask the shopkeeper for something.
