Main idea is 1) Convince the mind by logical reasoning, giving it evdences that you are okay 2) talking to your brain repetitively (you r safe/okay/ everything is normal) Also you don't have any control on your thoughts, they come to u automatically But you have the ability and power to choose which thought stays with you. So don't take your negative thoughts seriously ( just confront them and put them to trash) Also if you see the problem as big and most important problem in your life The brain/ mind will make it even bigger And more importantly believe in GOD You will feel an absolutely different and positive vibe after visiting temple and praying than before

Doctor gave me just anti depressant which made me more depressed. I just did some meditation and yoga . I wuit antidepressants and and worked a lot on me . I gave time to God . I prayed a lot . And Thanked God for beautiful life. Life is precious. Worth your life. And hope good from God. God is not cruel.

It's a very valuable Information given by you Ma'am. I had Anxiety during Covid times. I had a thought of Fear that Something is going to happen with me. It took me months to get rid of it. I Practiced to trick my mind into believing that nothing wrong is going to happen with me. My Body and Mind is Fine.. I repeatedly believed in it. Now, I have recovered from Anxiety. It's only the Belief System in our Mind which does Everything and We Must Believe in God too. Connected to God helps change our Belief System.

I was so sure that there must be a way to break this chain/cycle cause this overthinking and anxiety don't happen on it's own, we make this stuff in brain.
