    Main idea is
    1) Convince the mind by logical reasoning, giving it evdences that you are okay
    2) talking to your brain repetitively (you r safe/okay/ everything is normal)
    Also you don't have any control on your thoughts, they come to u automatically
    But you have the ability and power to choose which thought stays with you.
    So don't take your negative thoughts seriously ( just confront them and put them to trash)
    Also if you see the problem as big and most important problem in your life
    The brain/ mind will make it even bigger
    And more importantly believe in GOD
    You will feel an absolutely different and positive vibe after visiting temple and praying than before

    I have been gone through all this. I got panic attack because i googled me stomach pains and google told my problem to heart attack. I suffered alot. I got my all medi cal test . Everything was ok. Doctor gave me just anti depressant which made me more depressed. I just did some meditation and yoga . I wuit antidepressants and and worked a lot on me . I gave time to God . I prayed a lot . And Thanked God for beautiful life. Life is precious. Worth your life. And hope good from God. God is not cruel.

    It's a very valuable Information given by you Ma'am. I had Anxiety during Covid times. I had a thought of Fear that Something is going to happen with me. It took me months to get rid of it. I Practiced to trick my mind into believing that nothing wrong is going to happen with me. My Body and Mind is Fine.. I repeatedly believed in it. Now, I have recovered from Anxiety. It's only the Belief System in our Mind which does Everything and We Must Believe in God too. Connected to God helps change our Belief System.

    Rambaan this video has became for me..I was suffering with negative thoughts and intuitions since 9 months almost now...and was trying to figure out every single detail of it why and how and from where it started but from no where and no medication the resolution was coming up till this date this moment when I watched this explanation and exactly I found my answers to tackle my anxiety after listening the facts in this video, it felt like a mountain of thoughts just got away..the moment I heard that these things does happen and there is no need to worry.

    Thank you so much ma'am. I felt a great relief just by listening to this procedure. This is what i was searching for since long time. I was so sure that there must be a way to break this chain/cycle cause this overthinking and anxiety don't happen on it's own, we make this stuff in brain. So no medication can cure this but we ourselves can, that too with simple observations and practice. 😇

    Thanks ma'am, I always feel chest heavy ,sometime breathing problem,I have insomnia,i always think I will get heart attack,my age 23 , I'm in anxiety since 1.5 year. I tasted blood,thyroid , ECG but everything normal.and i will test the last one is xary.I always fear about my heart and every time I feel my heart beat.(palpitation).

      Mera to bp hmesha 160/100mmhg rheta he anxiety ki wjse uski wjse eye pressure bhi badh gya he to glaucoma hoke andhi honeka dar satate rheta he 24x7 I'm going through hell can somebody help me😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
