[From the UK, August 2022] This is easily the best review on this product, on the entire Internet! 👍🏽👍🏽
Best reviewer, the in depth information that I need before consider buying it.
Well done sir, detailed, focused, and humorous.
Thanks for this video! It helped me a lot
Cheers mate! Nice review.
Thanks for useful content. Currently, I use MK345 and love the palm rest and mouse. But I am looking for more silent one. Not sure if 545 is suitable? Thanks.
Great vid. Thanks!
Very good review! Thank you
Cheers mate..
Hardly anyone goes into so much detail like you, congratulations! You really helped me a lot, nice content👍
I'd like to ask if there's any difference between the 520, 540 and 545 keyboard models, intuitively I can say they're "revisions" but they seem pretty much the same to me except the bundled mice. Thanks
Actually the 520 seems bit different. What comes to mind is the example of M705 and M720, they are iteration of mouse in same category, but the changes are so drastic that they are different products. Without looking at them closely I prefer not to say anything about these products, should I miss a vital info.
Though, at the time of purchase if you look at the features closely, and see if these are what you are after, rest of the product should be decent. At the mid range, Logitech products are generally good. If you are look at a retail store, and they have one on display, that is even better, try before you buy is one of the best way to know if its suitable for you.
@@CyberCatTechnologies Thanks for your answer 👍
Thanks for the tip about the MK850. I actually found it for almost $2 cheaper than the MK545 in Denmark.
Pleasure. Prices are almost like share market these days. These objects are like commodities.
I'm happy you found better price on the 850.
Hi, is the mk545 mouse suitable for small hand?
Many Thanks 👍
this video deserves way more views and likes
Thanks mate.. you've watched it and liked it is as good a start as i can hope for. Thanks for dropping by.
great video!
Will this keyboard and mouse work with the M1 Mac Mini?
I am so glad I watched your video. I didn't knew MK345 can be customized with logi Options. Thanks for the video. Here's the like.
Thanks mate.. hope to see you in the next video.. cheers
good one. i just bought mk 345. Keyboard lags sometimes. will works only after about 5 seconds...mouse works just fine.
Do I need to have the program before I can use the mouse and KB? Or it will work without it? I'm planning to use it for my corporate laptop and it wouldn't allow me to install any 3rd party software.
You do not need the software to use the keyboard or the mouse. You need the software to customize and access advanced features, etc. Its a value add rather than obstacle.
Is there backlight?
The quality of the logitech keyboard is pretty good! I use CRAFT. The video was very easy to understand. I will come to play again! With love from Japan :)
Thanks for watching my video. Respect, from Australia.

@@daisukevideo Mate I do hope you come and visit us as soon as the COVID restrictions are lifted. We were planning a family trip to Tokyo for mid 2020. But that is when everything locked down. I look forward to the day when we can travel freely again, and get to visit Japan. All the best mate.

Because of COVID, I couldn't go abroad easily. If it is canceled, please come to Japan and enjoy your trip ♪ I also want to go on a trip soon :) Thank you for your comment!
Is the k545 typing experience similar or better than the k380?
My opinion is that 545 is slightly better.
can you also review logitech h800 advanced? or similar headphones that use usb receiver instead of bluetooth?
Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it..
Really good review.
Thanks
The MX Keys would be buyable if one could only find the volume controls without looking for them. That's the trouble with most keyboards. Especially when you're working in the dark.
I still prefer the old MK540 which doesnt require Logi options to configure the M510 mouse. Of course the MK540 has the traditional non silence keyboard.
I even didn't know they have that kinda software for mouse & keyboard and I can change the functions of each key or button as I wish. So, I just go to the website and download the software or ...?
Yep, you just go to the Logitech website and download the Logitech Options software, install and enjoy. Only thing is that the device you have has to be compatible with the Logitech Options software.
hey guys
i'm looking for a wireless mouse/keyboard combo under 70 bucks if possible. something i can use for day to day stuff (mean comments on the internet, gaming) . are there any that you would recommend? i already ordered the 545 but apparently it isn't good for gaming i guess
p.s. i'm not a hardcore gamer. but i think the flat keys of the 545 probably still suck
One of the cheapest Logitech Keyboard and mouse is MK270 amzn.to/3mQ52xZ
The next one up is MK345 which we reviewed earlier for slightly more money.
@@CyberCatTechnologies yeah thanks but i didn't want the cheapest. i want the best under 70 bucks :D
@@Mustis91 Fair enough.. The current price that I can see for MK850 is $73, I know you asked for $70, but paying this $3 extra gets you a good set, and it will last a long time without falling behind technologically.

MK275 is hard to press, sometimes I missed keys because I didn't press hard enough. How about this?
I have not had any of those issues you mentioned
Sorry, late to the party. You didn't (nor did Logitech's website) mention whether the keyboard has indicator lights for the caps lock and number lock keys located on the body of the keyboard or if they are embedded in the keys. Nothing confounds me more than having to raise my hand to see if my caps lock is on or off and my decision to purchase one hinges on those two (seemingly) small details.
nice guitar. Active EMG PU?
Those are not EMG (unfortunately).
Rgr420EX has pickups that looks like EMG. Something that I thought at first as well..
Did you actually mean to say that the MK545's keyboard is louder (not quieter) than MX Keys and MK850? Because in your typing test, to my ears, the MX Keys definitely sounded MUCH quieter than the other 2 keyboards.
The MK545 has the most economical design for pinkies IMO
I still prefer using Ctrl + C for copy, Ctrl + V for paste for keyboard. Perhaps I am old school, I suppose. lol.
Lol mate.. what ever works for you. Alternatives are just optional if it comes handy.
typing for mk545 feels a bit cramp putting some strand to the fingers. and why is logitech keep forcing us to buy combo keyboard + mouse - no option to buy a stand alone good keyboard.
