I think all of the people being questioned should be on a Lie-detector with a screen showing everybody watching if they are truthful. To avoid the questions they would need to call on the 5th amendment to avoid lying to everyone in these hearings. But then everyone would see that they are dodging the question to avoid lying, and there is clarity in that approach.

Once you get non-qualified people in power, all that follows is the same poor standard and ethics by all to be hired by their administration. They waste money with no accountability. Yeah, my CA Big Tech company has Chief Diversity & Inclusion VP doing the same discrimination crap too despite CA's Equal Opportunity constitution (that they're trying hard to repeal, i.e. Prop 16). They're very careful not to put down these discriminatory policies anywhere on paper but the hiring pressure is so strong, so they'd pick up ANYONE that checks the right diversity marks (even hiring without an open position). I am disabled, physically limited, and I can testify from experience that it’s extremely hard to get hired when you are disabled. It’s not my fault my crazy old landlord lit my rental house on fire in the middle of the night and I had to jump out a two and a half story window to save my kids (who were 3 & 1/2 & 12 days old) lives. All I want is for a business to give me a chance and they look at me like a liability. 😔

FYI - that house fire I was in happened 10 years ago and have had 6 surgeries that haven’t been able to fix me yet. I am thankful for the program, but I’d rather be physically abled, have a good paying job, and not live paycheck to paycheck. With inflation now, I really have no clue how we are going to survive.
