    Feii I have been fighting with thyroid issues and I am now in my hardest. I used to be really thin and now I am in my largest size ever. I started to feel depressed since a lot of diets didn't work out but your beautiful videos helped to love myself a little bit more.     hey fei, i see when you squat and come back up, you hyperextend your knees. i have that problem as well and it caused me really bad knee pain in the long run. when you squat don’t come back up all the way, just enough where your leg is straight but not over extended. your joints will thank you

      That’s literally not true. If you were to not exercise and have a very low caloric deficit you’d still lose weight.

    Don't forget that it's all about how much weight you lose! When you workout and strengthen your muscles they get BIG and you will gain some weight back that way!
    You may have lost 10 pounds, but you probably lost over 20 pounds of body fat and got those gains in muscle power, baby!!!
    Also, I just wanna say that you being so vulnerable and open with us is really amazing!
    You are so beautiful, and we are all so proud of u!! ❤

    Mad props! My previous endocrinologist wanted me to start on Wegovy, but then he moved to another state. I do plan on bringing this up with my new endocrinologist though.

    I always thought losing weight was complex and I have failed a BILLION times, but I recently discovered that only eating 500 less cal than my maintenance and walking 10k steps a day, the weight has been melting off! I'm talking 3-4 pounds a week. I've never seen that before. I hope everyone who's searching finds their perfect groove as well. Just thought I'd share what worked 💕

    Well I learned when you reach your goal weight you can increase the calories but it's still within reason. It's your maintenance calorie intake which would depend on your exercising. I can eat about 100/200 calories more then when I am losing weight. Which isn't even a full meal extra, just a snack or a little more food per meal. So very much a lifestyle change.

    I wanna say congratulations!!! I just wanna say I understand where ur coming from . For the longest time I’ve been this toothpick n I wanted to look like all the models or get thick in the right areas . I had to learn to do this for my self n to love my body how it is and ended up gaining 20 lbs so far just focusing on on my health n where I wanna be at when I 80 I want to be able to move like I’m still young

    You know what’s worked for me? After 6pm, I try very hard not to eat anything. A fruit, no problem. But if I want to eat almost like a plate of food, I tell myself to wait till 6am next morning and I can eat anything I want. Also, no white rice! My God, u should see how much this helped. Switch it to quinoa or even brown rice. Read up on intermittent fasting. And you can make fasting like I’ve got it: 6pm-6am. It’s so easy. You don’t kno how much I envy those Asian girls that r flat as a pancake, and they can eat like a horse. I’m Asian, upside down triangle body shape. No waist, no hips. Every time I wore pants with elastane in the fabric, it damn slide down my arse.

    Kind of odd that she had to tell her Trainwell trainer that she wanted less cardio and more weight training. GLP-1 dieting needs weight training to prevent muscle loss, did the trainer not take that in consideration?

    Needing to exercise to get the benefits of glp-1s isn’t necessarily true. Because of the medications I’m on, I have exercise and heat intolerances. Sometimes people on this medication can’t handle exercise, are disabled in some way, or can’t exercise because of doctor’s orders. GLP-1s still help.

      Do they? I've been concerned about that bc I have really awful heat and exertion intolerance and am on a GLP-1. I'm about 1½ months in, and fear I won't see differences. I've had so much nausea with it, that I've probably been even less active than normal.

      @@JustJ-Me Glp-1 doesn't need exercise to work. This is an ad, so she's promoting the training program and on the side, exercise generally. Of course it's better to exercise to make sure you'll lose as little muscle mass as possible, but you shouldn't do it if it feels wrong for your body right now.
