Benji, it really is baffling why the views on your channel are so low, especially when the content of each vlog is super amazing.

    This episode was AWESOME!!
For as much as I think I know about cooking (LOL), I always like to see how others cook their steaks. I really appreciate how you do this, a steak this thick isn’t easy to get right.
I appreciate your no-nonsense approach to cooking and explaining what you’re doing. I honestly have never considered that I’m burning the pepper and spices when I put them on at the beginning rather than cooking the steak and adding them at the end… That little (obvious) trick was worth “the price of admission”.
Great job and, that steak looked absolutely perfect at the end.
(Where did you find that meat?)
    Thanks for sharing this!

Your welcome. Yeah I still add pepper sometimes but when u want a crazy good sear, it’s a good tip to know. Steak is from local grocery store but brand is snake river farms.

Is there a reason to get all excited over the thickness of the meat when you’re going to be cutting it into strips for everyone? The thickness won’t make a difference then. Sorry I just didnt understand the big deal you made over the steak but then cut it and cooked it the same way you do with any other steak you make.

Do you still use toothpicks for the slices? I learnt that from one of your earlier vlogs & have been serving beef that way for a while now.

And this is your way of increasing views and earn 💲....cooking Thick steak 🤦‍♀️. Just cut them in half make them thinner and easier to cook. Youre going to cut them anyways before eating.

Some people like it this way. More juicy and raw in the middle. If you dont know anything and everything, maybe think before running your mouth . Seems like you always put some pointless negative comments on his videos...
      Such Nancy/ Martha vibe....
