Bro yes, more wattage gpu is fast but it is not the main thing to compare. The main thing is it's vram, ray tracing capacity and it's temps and also cpu just doesn't depends on the letters in the end it depends on core and thread count. And the most important thing which you didn't mention is the psu. I know you where talking about laptop but in laptop gpu is also different. In laptop gpus it's heating will be not there
Ghanta ray tracing se accha aap thora coding karke path tracing and lightning change karlo, core count and threads dont matter cuz i9 14900k is beaten by ryzen 7 7800x3d and even ryzen 9 7950x3d cant beat it cuz the 3d cache it generates more frames and in 7800x3d the 3d cache is on all 8 cores whereas in 7950x3d the 3d cache is on all 6 cores
The 7950x3d had overheating issues with 3d cache on 16 cores but it gave 100 fps more than 7800x3d but it lasted on 5 mins then it died
