We left San Diego in 1993. I have no desire to go back. The Democrats have ruined California. Besides, it's way too congested now and is unaffordable. Ridiculous how much our old Mira Mesa home is worth now. We paid $21,500 for it in 1972 and doubled its size in 1981. Sold it for just under $200K in 1993. Now it's worth $1,000,000 or more! I can't imagine what the property tax is up to!

A co-worker and I used to take our lunch to the location shown @1:20 min. in the video almost every day. We worked at an oceanographic instruments company in Sorrento Valley. That's a great beach.
That’s a perfect spot for a lunch break! The view there is iconic.
There has been less and less sunshine since January in San Diego. BLAH!! This “ideal” weather is overrated.
The May Gray and June Gloom are definitely in full effect. It makes it hard to film for the videos sometimes.
