    How to Reduce Weight Without Exercise In Tamil/No Oil No Sugar Full Day Diet Plan For Weight loss video is sharing how we can plan no cook meals for the whole day in order to reduce the weight.Very basic ingredients are required to make this diet planning.
    Morning Breakfast :
    Boiled egg -2
    Grapes -some
    Pomegranate-1/2 cup
    Replace boiled eggs with two apples.
    Lunch :
    peanut -soaked and cooked
    cucumber -some
    carrot -some
    raw mango -some
    onion -some
    coriander leaves -some
    lemon juice -1/2 tsp
    pomegranate -some
    black pepper powder -some
    salt -as per taste
    Dinner :
    Pomegranate -1
    cucumber -1/2
    Carrot -1/2

    Just eat whatever you feel like and work accordingly. You should never focus on weight loss alone. Health should always be focused at 360 degrees. Life is to feel happy and be fully productive in whatever you do. Food taken should be in such a way that energy produced by consumption is greater than the energy used for digestion.

    Fruits should be consumed after sunrise and before sunset, not in the evening. And you cutted the vegetables for night salad during afternoon that's on your lunch time don't do that because the nutritions and freshness of the vegetables gets oxidized cut freshly and use it.

      Should take balanced food everyday, u can eat anything but consuming level of food should be conscious that means ur food should have much protein, vitamins and little bit carbohydrates that is the proper food, but we r taking carbohydrates much, protein and vitamins so less that style of food will make lots of health issues, it's a practical. When you are following new type of diet, it will be bored, should not follow us regularly. And physical activity is more important,like walking, playing like that. Should take ur food on proper time it'smuch important. Eat healthy food and much physical activity it will make a healthy weight loss automatically. 😀😊

    Amount of protein here is not enough for a day. We need 1gm per 1kg of weight. Healthy weightloss is important. We need to reduce fat percentage not muscle percentage.

      yes and low fat diet is not good. Fat burns fat so adding healthy fats is very important as some fat soluble vitamins are in turn responsible for reducing fat. Salt is also important when doing detox as our body enters ketosis stage when we cut things like white sugar entirely and our kidneys begin to dump fluids and minerals. if u follow this lady's diet for long enough you will become dehydrated and your skin will sag and will become bloated. Within 2 months hospitals can earn from you.
