    Thank you soo much Nisha ji. I lost 7kgs in 10 days. I tried many diet plans before. As a pure vegetarian and having thyroid issues non worked for me. I want to continue this diet till i get to perfect weight. Is it ok? once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    Losing 10 kgs in 10days is literally IMPOSSIBLE! Even if you do lose 10kgs in ten days it is very dangerous to your body. Weight loss must be effective but it shouldn't be too rapid.

    Start with lemon and honey water..on empty stomach or turmeric tea..
    Light to moderate exercise..
    Breakfast: after 30-40 mints of drink..Have banana and pomegranate 1 bowl..
    Keep yourself hydrated:8-10 glasses of water
    Mid morning snack: curd,moringa leaves
    Lunch: 1 roti with green chutney
    Evening snacks: Among, raisins with green tea
    Dinner: Have by 7 p.m: Poha
    To make the poha upma: add 1 cup poha,pour some water and rinse/ drain ,heat a pan and roast some peanuts ,once roasted remove and add 1 tspn coconut oil and mustard and Fenugreek seeds, onion,green chilly ,turmeric ,1 grated carrot or any vegetables,pink Himalayan salt..after 2 mints add peanut and have it ..

    Hello Mam, your recipes are good, and I have tried some of the healthy breakfast recipes. Off late I am a little concerned about my daughter who is only 13 and who came across this video and tried attempting it despite my rejection of it. I believe being healthy is important and it should be done slowly and gradually and most important should be enjoyed to the core. My humble request to you to keep continue uploading your healthy recipes but quick weight loss diets is something that scares me and it gives a wong impact on teens who wants everything to be quick. I don't think it's a healthy practice.

      Lol you wont actually lose weight that fast. They're just saying 10kg in 10 days for views, but maximum you'll lose only 3-4 kg. Weight loss is a very long process

    1/2 Lemon and 1 tbsp honey water or ACV
    30 min walk or light yoga
    Sliced banana and pomegranate seeds
    Roti - 1/Avocado, Onion
    Handful dry fruits - 2/3 dates and green tea/lemon tea
    Dinner - poha by 7 pm - 1 cup poha, 1/4th cup peanuts, 1 tbsp ghee, mustard, fenugreek seeds, red chilli, curry leaves, grated carrot/capsicum or veggies of your choice, lemon

    Mam but in hypothyroidism many people suggest that not to eat peanuts but. U showed them in poha ..?? Are peanuts helpful in hypothyroidism

Hence avoid foods like broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, turnips, peanuts, radishes, soybeans, spinach and kale, especially in their raw form. However, you can eat them after being cooked, as then there goitrogenic compounds are inactivated.

      Don't have anything to eat or drink 30 minutes before or after taking your thyroid pill, as it can affect the absorption of the medication. That's the advice from my doctor, at least.

      Please avoid sugar totally 1 st thing 2 nd breakfast should include high protein complex carbohydrate and healty fat do ur dinner light compared toh breakfast and lunch. 3 rd 8 hr sleep is important and 8 o'clock tak ur dinner should be done 7:30 to 8

    I just had a little query:
    Is it okay if I have the poha upma dinner with only peanuts and exclude other vegetables? Excluding the veggies doesn't reduce the nutrition in the dish, does it?

      well, we need some ingredients to balance the nutrition of a particular dish; you can use any veggies of your choice...add at least one vegetable ...even a humble tomato would work well, which I have not used here. Hope this helps!!

Make sure you have atleast 1 tbsp of homemade ghee (will be posting my version soon) a day to nourish your thyroid gland ...coconut oil also works well.       +Ashish Dednath ghee is a must in your diet, but limit to 1-2 tsp. Avoid all processed and junk foods. eat meals on the right time...best to have home cooked meals! pls watch my videos to help change your lifestyle :)

    Hi Nisha, your videos look very interesting and promising too. I have Hypothyroid and need to loose weight. I have a question, can I replace Curd rice with Oat Flakes? or better to replace with normal brown rice? as I can't find Curd at stores. Thanks

    I want to know , as u have posted many videos of weightloss in 10 days ... can I swap the meals of one video to another ( like someday eat Poha as dinner an other day oats, likewise sometime banana as breakfast n other time smoothie, etc)
    will it be helpful as still it would less calorie diets??

    Mam any substitute for breakfast. I can't eat anything sweet first thing in the morning as it makes me feel dizzy. Not even fruits work.

      Yup...u can substitute it with 2 idali and 1 small cup of sambar. It's much better than banana.

    Hi Nisha - 8th day - feeling good - lost about 2.5 kgs. What do I do when the 10 days is over - I don't want to put on this weight again - what's a good regular lifestyle diet where I can rev up my metabolism, stay energetic and lose weight? Have a busy schedule and am 57 years old.
