K.i.s.s Keep It Simple Stupid! Bring life back to the basics... be satisfied with the little things & keep a small circle of REAL SOULED "FRIENAMILY, ie: friend thats close as family & leave acquaintances out of your inner circle. I don't know what is going on. I have listened to a lot of your guided meditations, and all are absolutely wonderful . But every time I have listened to this one meditation from the beginning of the affirmations, my body fights hard. I get shaky, and I can't sleep at all. I don't understand. Any ideas? Hello Jason. First and foremost, I've gotta thank you for helping me fall asleep every night. You've helped me get through a very hard time in my life a few ys back, and ever since, I haven't stopped listening to your videos every night. Now, is there a chance that you'll get back to making wind down vids where your voice is heard all throughout the entirety of the video? I notice that those videos when your voice is not heard anymore beyond the 30min mark or the 1st hour, they don't really do it for me, and I'm sure there'll be other ppl like me out there. If not, that's okay anyways, I've been listening to the same video every night for the last 4 months or so and it's still doing wonders for me.
