The A/M do work, I found out thanks to a buddy at the controls. I have the Chinook as well for when I’m alone. I always pool test all life saving devices before having to depend on them in an emergency. Like anything, you have to get used to them and it’s not me I don’t trust, it’s the idiots not paying attention on the water I have issues with. Everyone keep safe and test your equipment in a control environment before needed in an emergency. In a panic is NOT a time to learn.
